These people are buyers of old debt which they do not have proof on, yet still keep calling,
They have probably over 500 different "generated phone numbers" that appear on your caller ID. They usually try to display local numbers so that you are more inclined to answer an unknown number.  Here are a list of only a few of the numbers they use.

Found all that on a lawyers website that apparently likes to sue these people.  Just google  this company's name and you find all kinds of fun info.  Point is they can't do anything to you other than call from 5 billion numbers 5 billion times a day.  So know your writes and don't let these crazy people scare you.
