Called saying they were a pharmacy and my prescriptions had been approved. They listed a number of suspicious drugs.

Pharmacy scam. DO NOT send these people any money!

These middle eastern people have called, telling me my Xanax order is ready . . .I've asked nicely to please stop calling. But they still call every day. . ..They have called my house on a daily basis.!!!!!! Now for over 3 years!!!  It's usually from a new number every other day! There is one female and several men. . It's gotten to the point of them being maliciously rude to me and my wife. Calling my wife an f'n [***] and also other inappropriate words.!

I have had the same scammers calling me for over a month.  Your description is exactly as what my calls have been.  Including vulgarity.  They are middle eastern.  They use different disconnected phone numbers each time.  Be sure you are registered on the Fed Do Not Call List (www.donotcall.gov/) and each time they call file a complaint there.
