Also using the business name of "LVNV Funding" - "Advanta Business Cards" - and "First National Collection Bureau, Inc."  They will call each phone number multiple times that you have listed under your phone carrier to reach you.  To sound official, they use harassment tactics as if they are from a government agency (city or state, maybe federal as well).

These people are crazy. They will not give you any information in accordance with the fair debt collection act
1.  they have to provide you with the legal name of their company,
2.  what the debt is
3.  and proof

when asked the individual refused then stated I needed to take care of my bill without the correct info I believe these people are scamminmg

Per the FDCPA - no proof mailed to you that you owe the debt to the company calling = you owe them NOTHING.  Report the calls to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.

They called my little brother's phone saying if I didn't sign some papers they would come to my house. Im calling my lawyer. These people are stupid!
