Telemarkter scam selling extended warranties

Knew my name, knew the car i drive and said my warranty for my car was about to expire! I told them thats a lie i just got it in October.. She then says ok ill note your file. What? Tired if scams!

I have been receiving call from this number from many days, and sometimes they just breath and hang up, and yesterday they tried to sell me extended car warranty. knew my name and car I drive. Scams!

Called my cell today - asked for my son (who is ten years old) because the warranty on his car was about to expire.  Really?   Pretty sure my son doesn't have a car??  Asked if we owned a 2013 Jaguar (which we do NOT), and I started asking questions and he quickly said sorry for the mixup and hung up.   Total scam caller - beware.

play it cool... casually ask them for information... listen to their crap... and get what information that you can... who the company is, where located, etc... get their name, then ask for their supervisor.... tell them that if you ever get a call from them you will show up on their doorstep...

just got call and asked for company information.....person got argumentative....would not give me information I requested...I just hung up.  I've asked repeatedly that these people stop calling me.  So what recourse does the consumer have against this stuff?

Called and left a voicemail singing some song like "I don't know what you heard about me" some thing something *expletive* and then hung up.

I get call from this number at least twice a day and when I answer it ask me to press one to accept the call and just hang up. Stopped answering it

Has called several times and never leaves a message one time I spoke to them was a man wanted to sell me a extended warranty on the car I sold five years ago a Mercedes SUV.  won’t give it a name

Got a call about 4 times from this number before they said anything usually just breathing then hang up. Today finally said something and claimed to be TradeNet Autos and I guess these people, look for cars on craigslist they can "sell". They gave me a value of my Truck I had listed then said they could help me sell it for 259 dollars then 209 when I hesitated. I said I need to think about it and hung up. I then found nothing on tradenet autos but their website that shows to be associated with Seller Networks. Seller Networks has 1/5 star reviews or close to everywhere, I looked. Some people saying they just took the money and ran. I think I will stay clear of this.

Called and ask if my car was still for sale
