repeated calls from a guy with a thick indian accent.  Left message on my voicemail and as well at my job.  When I returned the call the guy said I would be arrested at my job and will spend christmas in jail then hung up.  When I tried to call back I get a busy signal but I have already reported the number to the ftc

I recieved the same call, they say they are fron Gibson & Gibson Law Firm the name of guy is Keith Nelson,  says I have loan from us cash. in the amount of $1294.17 and that I should have my attorney contact them of I would have an arrest warrant issued tomorrow morning.

these people keep calling and they say i committed a crime.. im getting mad and very upset

These scamers had the audasity to call me at work. Filing a claim with the federal trade commission. asap.

This guy called and left a similar message. This call happened not too long away from my identity being stolen a few weeks back and a year ago it was stolen and I recieved the same calls.  I got someone on the phone about ten minutes ago and the indian guy asked me if I realized that he had f*cked me last nifht yes or no. He then told me to ask my girlfriend if his thing was big or small because he f*cked her last nifht too.  I kept him on the phone to see how long he would continue to berate me.   It is a scam for them to record what you say and to uae certain words against you.

These guys are punjabi pieces of [***] they have no law affiliation at all . If you have recently or in the past applied for a loan via the internet these guys get your number then proceed to call you and tell you they will have you arrested for nonpayment of a loan you never took. DONT PAY THEM ANYTHING ... THEY PRY ON WEAK PEOPLE THAT WILL SEND THEM MONEY VIA WESTERN UNION. THEY ARE THE LOWEST OF THE LOW. Call them back and say anything you want to them because they cant do a thing about it. Have all your friends call. I once posted their number on my facebook page and had all my friends call. It will disrupt their way of business.

the same happen to me today the same indian guy said im going to jail [***] scams they just want people to call them back to rack up the call rates.... dam [***]....

I keep getting calls for this Indian man who can not speak my name correctly. He said I am being sued and will go to jail. I just tell him not to call me anymore and hang up. He calls me back at least once a week.

Missed a call from this number, and when I called back I got the same thick accented person.  I told them I had missed a call, and he tried to order a garlic pizza and 2 drinks.  After I asked if he was mental, hey tried the whole scheme of paying so I can avoid going to jail.  Told him to never call my number again.  F*#k these jokers!!!! Don't pay them anything!!!!

Received several calls threating to have me locked up. He asked me to call him or my attorney. Indian man very thick accent. He calls 5 to 9 times aday. Calls my job leaving messages.

This same man has called me 25 times on my cell phone and my work number today and yesterday.  I am getting so frustrated.  They had the gall to call back and tell me I had won a $100 wal-mart card, but before I could get it, I would have to give them my credit card number to charge the shipping cost.  I was so mad, I let him have it.  He hasn't called back since then.

called several times saying his name was James and he was calling from a law office.Told me he was sending someone to me home tomorrow to explain things to me.

I also just received the same phone call telling me that I had a warrant for my arrest that I owed American Pay Day Loan.  Who can we repor this to?

These people did the exact same thing to me and I told them that I wanted their information and that I was going to get ahold of the attorney generals office and that they had better lose my information. The guy threatened to get ahold of my employer and claimed that he was sending information to the court's on Monday.  They have done this stuff before.  I wish some state officials would track these people down and throw the book at them for harassment and anything else that they can.

I just got the same phone call that you all are talking about. He threatened to arrest me tomorrow for a loan that I didn't receive. I told him to go ahead and try and arrest me. I also told them that if they call again they will see the cell doors shut behind them for threatening me.

I got the same call today and lost my job cause of it. The guy is an indian man who cant speak english and said he fuckued my mom last night. Does anyone know what to do about these people.

I have been getting these calls for the past month they got a hold
Of my Social Security number and cell number and
Work number.
They said I owe them money when I said I don't
Think so they was sending the police to arrest me.
I have got to the local police station and made report.
They tryed taking money out of my bank account.
I have changed everything and thought the night
Mare had stopped and it started again .
Calling my work and leaving message with my boss.
What can I do.

I have been receiving these same calls at work.  I was just told that I will be arrested tomorrow and go in front of a judge on Friday for a CIVIL case!   For starters,in civil suits, there are no arrests!  These people are insane, and I would like to know who I can contact to report this incident.  They continuously call me at work, and I can't afford to lose my job!  When I called the number back, a woman answered and acted like she did not hear me... I was on a landline not a cell!

You can report them to the cops, the ftc www.ftc.gov, fcc www.fcc.gov, etc. If I were you, I'd block the number as well.

Jus got this same call. Sayin I owed and I needed to send $691.00 today else ill get a warnt for my arrest on friday and would have to pay the court $5000.00 in court cost andgo to jail. For a payday loan. But couldnt tall me what for and where from...
