harassing and threatening calls from this number by a woman who identifies herself as Sara.

Received a call from this idiotic, harassaing woman today.

foreign speaking man asks for husband to return call, suspicious I deny knowledge of him and ask what compay he is from, he says his name is David Rossin with Wilson Attorney and claims to have a case number, he also called my husbands cell phone and work phone saying he missed a court date, we have no clue what this is about. Question is if he was on the up and up why would he elaborate what company he was with if I was saying I did not know the person he asked for?

Foreign speaking man, has called my son looking for me or my daughter saying he is from atty. firm of Gold and Sterling.  Has called from sever different numbers to say we are being sued and wants me to send money to cover a loan I never made.  Is very rude, nasty, and has threatened both my son and I.

Yeah i got the same call from a lady all it is maybe a payday loan or some place you owe money too. So what they do is have people from there collections office pose as attorneys and try to scare you into giving them money alot of times you can tell when they say your city and the number comes up from another state...... So that's there way of scaring people into giving you money it's a trick they all use when people owe them money.... See the problem is when they give people these loans there charging way too much money and they won't dare take it to court because one your either out of state so not worth the time and two they know there wrong for charging such hi rates that the judge won't agree with them so just ignore it they'll stop sooner or later...

A man called claiming to be from the law firm of Sterling & King.  He said he had been retained from a company we cancelled a membership with and that they were suing us for breach of contract and offered us a payment plan.  When I called the number back it just said "You've reached the corporate office and we are unavailable...leave a message"  without saying the company name.  I came across this website and I'm glad I did.  On Monday we will call and have him verify his contact information and insist that he send us some paperwork.  Thank you!
