This is a scam payday loan call. I got another call from them also. They claim I got a payday loan, I applied to them but i didn't get approved for any loans. So they say if I don't pay the loan back I will be sent to jail. When I call and ask about the company that this dude works for I get yelled at and told to shutup by some arab sounding dude. I called and called the number back making fun of him and just calling and saying nothing. He got really mad said "you do not call here anymore" I tried to call back and it went to a voicemail called call centrick. At least I had fun making fun of this guy

I got a call from an Indian guy saying I have to return the call or have my attorney call him. Call centric was the company. This guy is going to wish he was back in Bombay selling curry and sleeping among rats. My attorney is.going to love this. India stammer,your time is coming to an end. Jump on your elephant and trumpet like a whipped dog. I'm commin' to get you and I will find you and when you reach the underworld all will laugh at a fool peasant but until then,hell is right here and its coming with me.

I just smile when I see the # on my caller ID and delete the message right after they leave it  .... I don't even care anymore    : )       I'd change my phone #, but I get more joy out of them wasting their time ...besides.... I don't want to change my #       hahaha

There is a women calling my house telling me that she needs to speak with my attorney. If i dont return her call i will be facing legal action. The case is about a payday loan that does not real. This is my third call and the number is not the same. Sometimes is a women if not a man, with a india accent, and its very hard to understand. They are trying to scare people into giving them money.  Dont fall for it they are SCAMMERS.

This supposed representative from a law firm has called twice to speak to one of my employees regarding a debt but cannot properly identify themselves.  They are unprofessional and harrassing, since they have called the office again, despite being told not to.  I am reporting them for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I just received a call (caller id read 863-548-1216), man said his name was Mark Shaw, same old script different name, different number.  He said to call him back at 214-785-2058.  I WILL NOT!!!

LOL! This post really made me giggle. I got a call from this idiot too. However the number was blocked but he did leave that 214 call back number. Scam indeed. I dont even entertain it with calls backs. I simply place a block on my credit report and require additional verification for all credit card and bank transactions that are outside my usual. I really wish these idiots would get on an elephant and ride off some where.

These people have been harrassing me for years off and on. They will stop for a while and then call under different generic names and those heavy accents. I have filed complaint after complaint with the BBB, FTC and my local PD. When I make police reports the officers call and mess with them. They are a huge scam and they can keep switching numbers becuase they use routers from whatever country they are calling from. I told the man the other day that MAYBE if he could speak better english and make it sound more legit, that his scam just might work. He proceeded to cuss me out and hang up and then call over and over and over again, so I got him back at his own game. Needless to say, I had my kids calling and I even called one time and said that I was someone completely different and asked for Jeffrey Figer...LMAO and guess who I was talking too.....Jeffrey Figer! HA HA These people are stupid. But for sure a HUGE SCAM!!!

These guys have been calling me for years, they always say the same thing, that is if you can understand what they say! Today they have called me about every hour leave same message to call them me or my attorney, then mumble a little more and then say we wish you luck and that if I don't call them that I will be arrested. HMMMMMMM.... well guess I'm hiding pretty well since they have been saying it now for over two years! Plus I love the stupid names they used Robin Hood, Steve Martin, Cedric Smith, Mark Smith....... clearly if you have spoke to these fools you will know there is no way they are American! Get a life folks or come arrest me you fools!

These People Are Calling Me & Harrsing Me That I Owe Them Money

Got a call from them today. I hung up on them, but then they called back saying since I hung up on them that they will send the sheriff out to my house tomorrow and have me arrested. I called them back and it is for a payday loan. I applied for this, but after reading the fine print of 995% i decided not to continue. I put a fraud alert on my credit report and filed a police report. Next time they call, I am going to invite the person to come meet me in person and I pick the location :-)

Boy they are busy little Beavers. They called my work number.  I got a hold of them once before I knew of the scam.  After that I always get busy call back later.  Amazing.  I got another call from another scam number too and the two were only a few days apart.  I guess they have only been able to get a work number for me but it would be so nice if the scammers would get a life or would that be get a job.

I received a threatening phone call from this number today. Several calls as a matter of fact. Someone with a thick accent told me that there is a case pending against me and when I told him not to call me at work he told me I was "a piece of crap." Does anyone know who these people are so I can report them for harrassment?

Have these idiots put into jail. I have not received any payday loans. I applied for one but then stopped short in making it final. They threaten me with jail. They have invaded my privacy and I want it stopped. Where is the protection for innocent people? These scum bags can operate in this country and not be penalized?

leon ....the only thing  i can think of to stop these calls is waste there time on the phone if you have the time ask them lots of questions like what is your name,,,name of your company is this phone call being taped etc etc and do not answer any of there questions until they answer your questions..
when they say you will be arrested laugh at them and i mean LAUGH OUT LOUD then after awhile they will hang up on you and maybe try again and you do the same thing all over again and then they will realize there not getting any monies from you and the calls will stop
remember these fools hate it when you waste there time on the phone

I keep receiving calls from this #  (214-785-2058)  Threating me, telling me for my Attorney or myself to contact them immediately or I will b going to jail. They said I have a payday loan. This is bull crap. I don't have no loan with them  and never applied for one.
