What company called me?

its a group claiming there is a supposed law suit against u and claiming they are cops! they are fraud took our rent money!  whenever they call i tell them if they have any information on me and a supposed information y didnt i recieve a letter in the mail and say if they have anything else to say to write it down and mail it ... havent gotten a letter yet!

I haven't spoken to these people, they are calling my cell and work constant.

Finincial criminal investagator

Called this morning 3 times, said they were with the Federal Fraud & Crime Unit. Asked me if I lived at my address & then told me I was going to have 3 criminal charges filed against me if I did not take care of this payday loan today. I got a call like this a few months ago & I paid over $600 on a $200 payday loan I defaulted on. Now I have received 3 calls since from these people claiming they work for the fraud Dept for the govt on the same loan! I think they are scammers & I fell for it once but no more! I told this guy he could talk to my attorney I wasn't paying them another dime. If they were legit they wouldn't be making threats & they would start the conversation out with "this is an attempt to collect a debt"!

they called and said that they was going to file crinmial charges for a pay day loan they did got give me there name.
