Called left automated message multiple times claiming from the IRS & that there is a lawsuit against me. I called the number back got a man with severe broken English who gave phony (my guess) IRS ID. When I called his bluff and said that I would expect something official in the mail to this effect he hung up. A scam is my guess. I think they were hoping I'd give my SSN over the phone because the automated message stated something to that effect. Careful with this one. BTW - The IRS gives a Toll Free number out not some random number in TX!
