Calling various business wasting their time

I received a call from Mike Turner telling me I won $4,000,000 in a PCH lottery and I need to go to Money Gram to send $1,399 to a Mr. Greenleaf at the International Lottery Commission before I get the money.
Is this for real?

I just got an email about "a great job" and was told to call Mike Collins at 214-810-9912.

Yes, a co-worker received the same email from Mike Collins with this number 214-810-9912.

This call is very likely coming from CCS Call Care Solutions out of the Philippines.  Figured it out when they started using my fake name and additional fake info which I only gave to them during a "Free Diabetic Meter" scam a couple of months ago.  They are calling on behalf of North Cash (www.northcash.com), which does on-line payday loan kinds of things.  Seems a little scammy to me, considering this from their own web site: "The maximum APR is 795%."  Ouch.  Seriously?  They claim to operate out of an Indian Reservation out of Ft. Belknap, so there may not be much the FTC/FCC can do about this.

Very bad connection, accent from guy who was calling was hard to determine.  He claimed he was trying to access his email account and his password wasn't working?  (again, BAD connection, so I was getting about half of the words) Then he gave out one of our employees emails, said he worked here (which he doesn't)  and when I asked for his email and name, he hung up on me.

This is a call from magic jack.some kind of phone service.

You can get government grant. Send money gram in various amounts. The more money you send the more money you get. His name kelvin but had an accent. Once money sent grant will be delivered same day ups will bring it several hours later. The money gram would be going to james in nigeria! Didn't sound right american grant but send money to another country! Red flags all over it!!!
