Got a call from this number.  I did not answer it.  Called it back from the computer and it was a recording say that my call could not be completed as dialed.  but the voice is not like the normal recording.  it sounds like a answering machine or something

I just rec'd a call from the same # stating they had a court summons for me and if I didn't respond in 48 hrs I would summoned to court, yet they didn't tell me why.

Reporting this phone call and number as unwanted.

Everyday I have a phone call from this people. They never leave a message and never say something. Who they are??

These people are a scam. . . Calling in reference to payday loans, etc. They dont have anything out on you. This is a SCARE tatic to try and get u to pay the creditor!! Answet and tell them that u have a lawyer looking at ur case and they will leave you alone. They cant process anyone for payday loans!!!

got a call from this number (TEXAS) says they work for the state of arizona. I need to call another number for an order of release to be filed & gave a case#...if not called within 24 hrs then I will be served with legal action.

I received a call from this number saying that she was a process server from my state and that I had 1 hour to contact 1-855-858-8138 to make arrangements for a payday loan that I did not pay or that I will be served with a summons and be taken to court within 48 hours. I called the attorney general in Buffalo NY where supposably this company ACS litigation department that individual at 214-838-9953 is connected with. Attorney general took all information from me. When you look them up Ripoff report they have over 9000 complaints and its adding up of people reporting this as a scam. You need to serve people with papers and show proof of debt and that they owe this money according to the Debt Collection law. I will down load all I can regarding this company and all their connections with this process server they hired and have it ready for my attorney and the court of law. Also the attorney general from my state will hear of his scam

I have been receiving several phone calls from various numbers. They claim I filed for a online payday loan.
I also had a message waiting for me at work. I called the number back at 1015am on Monday 25th and spoke with a woman who identified herself only as Ms. Davis. She too said that I had a payday loan. She gave me several payment options, i told her I could not do that. I asked for her address so I could send $ to her, she would not give me one. I finallly told her I was not paying her anything.


At 1056 on March 25th This guy Eric Schroeder (sp) contacted me  threating to come and arrest me. I told him they can't come arrest me over owing someone money.  They have called my work numerous times. They leave harrassing voicemails. I just want the phone calls to stop.... Here is a list of all the numbers they have called me from: 214-838-9953, 213-217-9953, 630-489-9953, 855-471-1130, 804-447-1560.

These people have called 3rd parties about my business and a Wayne calls from 214-838-9953 and a blocked number they will not give u documentation on what the alleged debt is. Not sure about this business

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER BUT THE MSG SAID HE WAS FROM ST LOUIS COUNTY POLICE...AND THAT THEY WOULD BE COMING TO MY WORK OR HOME ST SERVE ME A SUMMONS.  ST LOUIS AREA CODE IS 314 AND HE LEFT THIS NUMBER TO CALL 855-219-1451.

I GOT THE SAME MSSAGE ALONG WITH AN 855 # TO CALL.  I STARRED 67 AND CALLED IT AND IT SOUNDED JUST LIKE THE GUY THAT LEFT THE MESSAGE.  I LOOKED UP THE 855 # AND COULDNT FIND ANYTHING ON IT.  IT IS 855-219-1451.

HAVE THEY DONE ANYTHING????  IM THINKING SINCE I GOT A RED LIGHT TICKET AND THE LETTERS I GET ARE FROM A LAW FIRM IN TEXAS THAT ITS ABOUT THAT.  I LIVE IN ST LOUIS.  NO WAY AM I SENDING TEXAS 100.00.

I have received numerous of calls from these people. First they claimed they were Capital Solutions, then it was Capital Litigation. I do not understand what is going on and why they are calling me. I did talk to to three people. One man called my job and stated they were had a warrant out for my arrest, and that he wanted to arrest me. Second number was when I called them back and talked to some guy, who had all my information, which pissed me off even more. Then finally when I didn't pay the debt there was a lady who called me twice and I told her that I was not paying anymore until I see documentations. First off she had an attitude, then said  " yep ok". Like what the hell if you was trying to get moeny out of me WRONG WAY TO DO IT!!!!

Received a call from a John White who claims to work for National Service Processors. He wanted to know when someone would be home so that they could "serve legal documents".

When I demanded the company name and address he gave me this:
700 Maguire Blvd. Orlando, Fl 32803 Ph 407 898-2960 which is the correct address and phone for Pizza Hut in Orlando.

I too received a threating phone call from threse Slim Balls saying they talked to my human resources dept @ work and are telling me I will be served papers @ work unless I call them back today to make other arrangments to be served. Thinking about giving them the police depts address and have them meet me there! This is a Total scam and I have been informed that if u were going to get served papers, no one would be calling u to warn u.

I wish these people would STOP calling. I just got this tel.number last month. They have very nasty attitudrs. Just this morning. I got called a B$tch from a woman looking for Martha Bermudez.

Called four times today, I don't have a pay day loan. I am not being served anything and they don't leave a message. when you call the 214 838 9953 number back there is a recording saying it is a bad number and to redial. Plenty of complaints, how do they still operate?
