Received a call from Blake Campbell telling me I bounced a check with some payday lender and they are going to garnish my wages when I asked for proof of this they don't have any.

Blake Campbell called me for the same reason from the same number last Friday... We conference called my bank and they did verify that a payday loan company had deposited a loan into my account and there was no record in my bank that I had ever paid them back... He settled the account with me for half of what I owed... This actually helped me because I'm trying to obtain a mortgage!!

Were these written by the same person? Looks a little SHILL-y to me.

yes! i got the same call and i ignored it because its usually bullsh*t.....a few weeks later i got a summons at work to appear in court.......im screwed =/

Can you tell me the address of this guy? I need to send a letter because he is rude and harassing.
