Its some [***] from a bill collector. Bill collector for some cash advance place. makes threats and claims he is an " investigator" i cursed his ass out and he probably has a little dick too.

Guy named Charles from Williams and whatever firm......makes stupid threats..claims he's taking you to court in 72 hours....ok whatever....then told me to hug a teddybear....what a grade A dumbass

this guy keeps calling me and i have told him this is not the correct # for the person he is calling. But he still continues to call.

Child support for Robert,dont know no Robert but i blocked them.

Just got a call from this number saying to call Vincent something or other bc of charges being filed against my bank account....funny thing is they called to BOTH my numbers at the exact same time & it was a recorded voice. They've been threatening me for about 5 years now & the sheriff's dept has called them & told them they are violating the law & the county attorney's office has told me even if they have a legitimate complaint that the law (Texas) gives them no recourse but to suck it up because you cannot file theft by check on an ACH deposit/draft because the company knew in advance that the voided out check you provided was no good. So basically in Texas if you knowingly accept a check that you know, or suspect, is "no good" you cannot file against that person.

Calling me my place of employment and a friend saying I have insufficient funds which I do not. Saying I have a court date today I do not.  Saying they are going to supena me at work they need to STOP

they called said i owed money they knew my name address my dads name address all about us

Just got that call.  The idiot called my office, said it was the county court office.
then went into how i will be served next week and have to appear in court and the case is being filed with the attorney general's office.

so this dude Vincent calls me, says my county courthouse is on the other line. i asked him what its about and all he said was i had a bunch bad checks from internet loans, so he thinks, he wasnt sure. i asked him what company did he buy my debt from and he goes, 'you tell me, your the one who did internet payday loans" i started asking him his info and he refused to give me anything until i told him what my motive was. i called back yet again and asked how much $$$ they were looking to get, he said anywhere between $300-$700, i asked what one is it. he said to never call him again cause i refused to pay. these fools HATE it when you start grilling them with questions. they cant handle it cause theyre a bunch of crooks!! hahahaha!

Got a call from a Mr. Garino threatening me that I got a loan through Chase and I havent paid my loan off.  They said that they were going to take me to court and block my Chase account.  I told them that I never got a loan through Chase but they accused me of fraud and became very irrate with me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and called me at my work location stating he was calling from Los Angeles County Court House.  I was literally called out of my classroom because the office thought it was an emergency.  That is very illegally to be called and harassed at anyone's work place.

These idiots just called me from the same number.. 214-865-7081. The call showed up as "unknown"  the person who left the voicemail was Alissa Smith.. from and an SCI group.. same crap about check fraud and its regarding my checking account.  They have been calling nonstop despite me telling them to stop calling.  One time they called me to ask for someone I didn't know, when I told them I didn't know the person, the idiot then started reading off more names and asked me if I knew who those people were.. I just hung up.      

Vincent called me at work yesterday about check fraud from my banks I had 3 years ago and said I was being served papers to go to court and when I asked for documentation he said as soon as I set up a pay off the debt then you can get all the papers you need for your files. I told him until he got me documentation I wasn't paying him a dime, He got very irate with me calling me a deadbeat so I hung up. Now he has been burning my phone up. They need to stop harassing people.

Don't pay them anything or give them any information.  They are scammers .   If they can't or won't provide validation of a debt,  in writing and via usps,    then you owe them nothing.

This same man called me today and said the same thing so I told him that I was going to call the police and he hung the phone up in my face

People who take out multiple cash advance loans over the net and let their bank account close right after they withdraw the funds deserve collection calls! I worked at a cash advance loan company called ACE Cash. All you people complaining are the scumbags that took out multiple loans without intent to pay back.. You're the scammer! Pay your bills and receive no collection calls! Duh!

I see your career in collections as the only job you are well qualified for! Someone with no people skills and assume everyone is guilty because you have worked in a cash advance place..... I say this to you, only "Scum Bags" work at cash advance places. They/cash advance thrive on peoples misfortunes and exploit them by charging an extremely high interest rate to where if the borrower can't afford to pay the amount one pay then fees are tacked on and it keeps building until the borrower has no choice to fold up and close the account. No mercy, no care for the borrower, just pay up or get a barrage of calls and harassment. If cash advance places are so right for the consumers then why not lower rates and really service the communities they thrive on! They won't ever do this because they are the "Scammers" who can give a rats behind about people in general.
