The same thing happened to me. It is a big scam. I am so tired of these guys. They called my work too.

Horse hockey.  This is most likely some guy in his mother's basement, probably someplace in India, calling you from a magicJack that he probably spent his life savings on, trying to get rich.

Call and ask an attorney about it to be sure, because I have to add the disclaimer that legal advice you get over the Internet is worth exactly every penny you pay for it, and you would be foolhardy to rely on an anonymous Internet source for legal advice.  Or you might call your state's Attorney General's office or, if your state has one, its Office of Consumer Affairs.

This guy keeps calling me at my job telling me that I a case has been filed against me and that if I don't pay then I will be arrested and so forth. I have no clue who they are but I know that I don't owe anyone any money and I have done nothing illegal. He calls me at least 2-3 a week at my job and he seems to know the last 4 of my social security number. I couldn't understand the name of the company he says he is from but I do have a phone number and it is 214-884-5624.

Numerous calls lets it ring two times. Never leaves a messege today called every minute for five minutes i tried to answer they hung up.   Then they did again for eight minutes i did not answer.

This person continues to call me a work. Bro Brown from (Winstead and Associates) is who he says he is and works for. He violated call back rules by calling me after being specifically told not to call my work number. Any valid company would know not to return the call. This person barely speaks english and is had to understand.

They are calling saying im being sued for a loan I never took out they have the last 4 numbers of my social and my address along with mywork number

This same thing has happened to me also...."Michael Steven Davis" is who he claims to be.  Scary how much of my personal information he has.  When I asked him if he could spell out the name of the "firm" he was with he told me to go back to school. haha

I have received threatening phone calls from this number from a person calling himself Michael Steven Davis.....He has all of my personal information...

This suppose officer "Jim Foster" says, homeland security, the police and who ever else is gonna be arresting me in 45 mins! I supposedly owe 1,400 in taxes in 2009-2011. Supposedly they stopped at my house 10 days ago too lol.

Me too! They said homeland security and the PD are coming to my house becuase i committed tax fraud, but refused to send me any info and  they dont speak a lick of english. lol good Lord!!!!

lol i love it when he says please hold for the lead investigator......30 seconds later it's him with a not so thick accent.
They just called my work and hung up on me for asking questions, then started calling my cell non-stop.
They have too many number to block. It's nuts!!!!
He told me i commited tax fraud and Homeland security is coming to my address.

Caller dosent speak English well ,states there is criminal charges against my name .claiming he is IRS ...

Just received a call from this number stated the same as everyone else - legal action, Indian accent, can't understand half of what is being said.  Stated he will be sending documents to my payroll department and I will lose my job and benefits.  This call came to my work.  He did know the last 4 digits of my SS#.  I blocked this number on my cell phone.

Scam - they do loans as well. they usually end the call by saying, "have a blessed day." They do see the last four of social and probably will try and fish for the rest. hope someone can figure out to track them down and make them pay.

Same thing criminal tax charges yeah right he can't speak English but has a a name as American as apple pie lol .its a known scam report any calls to the IRS right away
