Caller did not leave a voice mail message

Caller hung up the second I picked up.

Just got that call-caller did not leave a message. Says Dallas, Texas on caller id.

Yea... when I tried to call it back to see who it is; the phone is just busy

This number has called my three straight days in a row on my cell phone at the same time and has not left a message.  What is up?

i answered this number and the male on the other end said "Atlantic City Press"

I received a call 1:29 pm (EST) from this number.  No one answered or left message.  I am interested in the message from Donna above.  The Atlantic City Press is my local paper.  The 214-956-0872 back traces to a landline in Dallas TX (Southwestern Bell is the carrier).

four days in a row now theyve called, no ones there if i answer, no voicemail if i dont answer, and if i call back it just rings and rings and rings or is busy. i did a reverse search on the number and it comes up as southern bell in dallas texas

Same number/same area code just called me too.  What's going on? AC press is my home paper as well. Always busy when I respond...

Called on my office line about a half hour ago. Comes up with the number and Dallas, no voicemail and when I call back it's busy or just rings.

received calls on Jan. 20 & 21.  Caller did not leave message

Called my cell phone Jan 21 @ 3:07pm eastern time & Jan. 19th @ 3:16pm.  Comes up Texas.  Never leaves a message. Tried calling it back from house phone and cell and all I got was a busy signal.

Someone from 214-956-0872 has been calling me and hanging up for days. Most recently was today 1/21 at 8:50 am CMT, yesterday 1/20 at 9:55 am CMT, 1/19 at 10:14 am CMT. They just hang up whether I answer it, or let it go to voicemail. When I call back it's either busy or just rings and rings. I looked the number up and found it's a private land line in Dallas, TX. However, when I let the number ring and ring, I get a message that it's a verizon wireless number and "the verizon wireless customer is not available at this time". I'm going to report this to verizon.

I was called from this number several times. I called it back from my office and it was busy. Now that number calls me on my office line which is not a published number (back line). very annoying!!!

I have been getting the same call for days now. First saw it on my caller ID listed only as Dallas TX. The next day I got a call, answered, and the person immediately hung up. Once again, gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it was a wrong number with a caller too rude to say sorry. Next day, no call. Past two days calls with no message left. I looked the number up on the reverse directory and it says its a nonpublished private number from Southwestern Bell. Tried to call the number and it was busy. Tried again and it rang and rang and rang. Who is this person? I am wondering if I can block the number on my phone? I can't tell you how glad I am I found this site because I thought I was the only one being harrassed!

I just got the same call on my cell. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize as I only give my cell number to people I know. I too am from the AC area, the AC Press is my home news paper. Perhaps, if we all stop answering this call the person will stop harassing people.

This # just called my cell.. lady said she had wrong # ,, The Atlantic City Press is my local paper too. I DO owe the paper $ for an add I ran while back. Maybe its for that? hope this helps.
