got a phone call from this number called me 3 times in a row i called back all i get is a busy signal. sounds like a scam to me

I got a call from this number telling me it was a collect call from my sister and I needed to give a credit card to be able to speak to her, but I did not have one available. My sister lives in Seattle, WA. This had me worried all night becuase I do't know if she called me from a pay phone is Seattle or Texas.

Called me 3 times yesterday - no message. Just called back and it rang about 20 times, no answering machine or anything. Finally gave up. Know a few people in Dallas but odd that they wouldn't leave me a message. The whole thing is kind of mysterious.

I noticed a call with this number from Texas and I didnt answer since I dont know anyone in Texas. It was a voicemail message from my boyfriend who apparently missed his flight and was stuck in Miami. But since the # said it was from Texas, I didnt believe him so I did a reverse phone look-up and paid $15.00 for a specific search. Well, I felt stupid when I realized what it really was. It was a phone company ILD Communications. He was calling from a pay phone. That is the first and the last time I try to be investigator.

got 3 calls in  a row- 3:42, 3:43, 3:44. missed them all, no message left.

i got a random call by this number and no message left...........wtf......what is this...totally weird....

a call was placed to our cell phone on 09/01/2007, i was told this was a collect call from my wife at which they gave me her name, then the oporator asked me for my creidit card information for the charges for the call. When I advised this female I was driving and could not get to my visa the call was termed ???????? I tried calling back several times but yup busy. I did notify my local police dept. in phoenix AZ

Received a call from this number to my cell#. Have no idea who it is or what the purpose of their call was. I do not give this particular cell# out and only a select few people have it for emergency purposes only.  How did this caller get my number????

received this call 3 times but it was a collect call. when the recording asked the caller for their name there was no answer. so i just hung up.

I too have recieved phone calls from this tx phone number.
I have tried researching it for the past few days. It is always busy.
And they never leave a message.

got call from this number  answered it  was told by a recording that it was a collect call from a correctional facility accepted it and was told that i had to set up an account  gave me a number to call then hung up

Received a call from this number at 5:53an today from X who was going from TX to AZ he stated he was in Roswell NM He has been know to lie so I have no clue where the phone is.  I work in the PI business so I did a google search and see its in Dallas TX about an hr later I get yet another call from 954-200-0000 from him stating he is in NM still this is very strange and I DO NOT LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!

got 9 calls all day yesterday. never answered since i don't know the number. called back one on skype. no sound after connection and skype crashed...

Received call from this number around 11 PM MDT on 9/9/07 in Idaho.  Did not answer, no message left.

I got a call from this # (241)969-5489 on my house phone when I answered it no one answered... IDK what is goin on but someone needs to look in this.... I live in Texas but IDK anyone by that # its says, " ILD Comm." on my caller ID though, if that might help someone? Thanks

Asked if i would accept a coolect call from someone i didnt know i repled NO and hung up quickly
