I got a phone call from a Steven Garner he said his name was . Said if I don't return his call he could only wish me good luck as to the situation that was going to unfold on me!! Said he was from a law office in texas . Said they were gonna come to my house and i would be arrested and tried for numerous things.

Scam call.  No real organization calls before you are arrested (even if you did owe money)!

I received a call from someone claiming to be a representative of this law office call Michael and Allen Law office and they threatened to have me arrested for a pay day loan I defaulted on over a year ago . They said they would be sending someone to my place of employment if I did not pay them 386.16 right then and advised that I have my attorney contact them today.  I attempted to look them up but did not find anything if this is a collection agency they did not use mini Miranda required so not sure of who I was talking to.

Total scam.  You can't be arrested for ordinary civil debts.  Not in the US.  Ignore 'em.   Usually these calls come from India or the Dominican Republic.  Demand to see the paper work.   They don't have any.  They're just trying to scare you.  Total scam to scare you into sending them money.

I got a call and a voice mail.  
This message is intended for me.  The very second you receive this message I need you to retain an attorney and have him return the call.  The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive.  My name is Mike Anderson.  Do not disregard this message.  Return the call.  Alright don't you and your attorney either the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds for you.
When I returned the call previously the line was constantly busy.
Today I requested a copy of the documentation.  They said I will be arrested when I go to work on Monday and hung up.
I called back the same Indian sounding voice said that the attorney would call me back within 5 mins.
An hour later I called back and was told the attorney would call me back in 2 mins.
It is now 2 hours later and still no call.

I received a phone call from one of my co-workers, letting me know that a "Jason Walker" had called for me and asked that I call him back. First of all, it is beyond me how they would have attained my work number. I immediately called the number back and the phone was answered by the same man who had called my work place. I asked what the call pertained to, and he informed of a pending law suit. When I asked why I hadn't been previously notified, he gave me a ridiculous answer about the case not actually having been made yet. He then informed me that eventually it would become relevant in my state. I asked where he was located and he informed me that he was with Michael & Allen Law Office in Texas. I then told him that I would personally contact the office, and figure out the issue. After attempting to find the office, I came up blank. Bottom line, there is no Michael & Allen Law Office in Texas. I called back and proceeded to ask that they refrain from contacting my place of work, myself, and any further contact could be made through mail. I also told him that if he called again I would report them to the FTC, and he proceeded to hang up before I could finish. Needless to say, I reported the number and will post this issue anywhere for people to beware. This is clearly a scam in the making and unnecessary stress.

I just recieved a call from Said on my cell phone and work number saying the same exact things that everyone on here was told.  I honestly do not understand how they obtained my information but i would like to find out. Does anyone know how i can find out any info on these people

Guess what? Those gays are back, Just I got a call today and just I hang up.

I found your message comforting (Lol) because I received my 1st scam email 2days ago on my birthday, and I'm not gonna lie, it scared the crap out of me, especially when I have never been in trouble with law but a speeding ticket , until I read the message again and it had horrible spelling and lots of errors. I laugh now but damn was that scary
