These is a scam!!!!! dont not give these pepole your information and do not make a payment to them!!!! they call with a acent from some federale invesgation dept. They do have your personal infromation and I would say go to the police!!!

They have accessed my cell phone and use my name and number on caller ID to others so they will answer the phone thinking its me. They have accessed my personal cell phone logs to get phones numbers of my friends and family. I have changed my cell number and it still dosent work. Who are these people?

Received a message from a man(with indian or pakastani accent) regarding a lawsuit pending against me and if I did not call him back he would have an agent come pick me up at my workplace for investigation.  I called this man back.  Told him I knew this was a scam(all over news and internet)-I told him I was on the internet at time of call and this phone# has many complaints and is being investigated.  He told me he does not care what complaints people post on the internet about his number.  Told him he should be concerned if he was calling from a legitimate business!  I told him to get a real job and a life and to stop scamming people.  He said ":Let me say one thing F--- you!"   Told him I recorded call and police will love to hear this obscene phone call from a so called legitimate law firm.   Told me not to call his number back again.  Am reporting this # to all proper authorities!

You can block your phone # and call these scammers back and waste their time-play some loud hard music for them-or find a good character voice recording and let them listen to that!  We can waste their time just like they do to all the people they call!!

These are scam artists! Please do not make any payments at all to these people. They may have your info because they have mine and I was told by the FBI to change my cell number and put a "flag" on my social security number. I was told I owe banks from loan companies and I never took out any loans. I don't even work through banks like that. I was scared when they called me because they were badgering me about so much at one time but with the help of friends and family I got over it real quick because I was like hey I didn't nothing..know nothing of what they are talkin about..I laugh at it now because I was very upset but it is kinda scary that they have so much access to my info but I don't have anything to take so I tell them to sue away ?(even though I know they have nothing against me)..I even thought it was funny that he kept sayin to settle this out of court because if you go to court you will surely lose lol..wow..come at me better than that. Received a call from this number, the Caller ID said VLG.  The man on the other end asked if our CFO was still our CFO (don't know how he got the name).  I said I couldn't verify any information over the phone.  I asked what company he was calling with, and he said he was working with a local university in the Dallas area, and wanted to verify information to mail out a special invitation.  When I went to transfer this person, he hung up.

Apparently, in their world, "put us on your DNC list; we didn't request information from you" means "call right back and be a PITA." Currently, he's sitting on hold until he hangs up, and that's where he'll be if he calls back again.

As an aside, it's amusing that someone who hasn't even worked here in over a year was able to "recently request information."  Ha.  ::snort::

And called this morning - to complain about me! Was rude to the girl that answers the phone, asked for a manager, and hung up before our VP could get to him. Oh, VLG, we're going to be having words.

got two calls from VLG this morning, 214-989-6070.  He asked for CEO and email address.  He said he was with IBM and that they were having a technology conference in Dallas May 15th and was inviting me.  I asked what company he worked for he said IBM.  I said, caller ID is showing VLG, then I asked if he were a marketing firm representing IBM.  He said, no that he worked for IBM directly.  When I asked what happened with Lenovo (IBM spinoff) he said, huh..."who is that" then hung up.

IBM, you should have your legal team get on this guy for misrepresentation and a host of other impersonation and harmful actions against IBM.
