You answer this call and no one is therem its getting annoying

calls daily. says nothing. an attempted callback resulted in a message saying the number is not in service.

this number has called me twice. I called it back and it says the number is not in order.

Calls all the time. I finally answered. A recorded message rambles on about saving money on your Peco bill. The person who picked up the call after the recording stated that they help people save money on their electric bill. I asked if this was another electricity provider. She denied it. She asked me to get my Peco bill, and to giver my account number. I declined. She said that she needs it to see if she could save me money. I told her that I was not going to give out my account number, so she hung up on me. I spoke to someone about this, and that person told me that this "company" switches you to another electric provider without your permission. I do not know if that is a fact, but I'd be wary about this call.

Spoofing #'s is doable. ISmellARat is on point. This is a result of Peco deregulation. Please someone, go along with them and get a LEGIT Contact #!!! Make sure it dials, keep them on the line! Use your cell or 3way. Repost their # so we can flip it back on them.One. Peace. Love! I-Iairgrease!

Yet another number from these idiots who are Electric Providers.  Someone else thinks they're from a company called Rescon but no one can be sure.  They also call from 215-213-3234, 215-213-4244, 215-213-5423, 215-213-8588 and 215-242-4843.  I report every call to the Do Not Call Website and block each number but as soon as they figure out I've blocked  them they just call from another number in that same area.  They are RIDICULOUS!!!  Report every call and maybe eventually they'll get caught and stopped!  They ARE NOT FROM PECO because I have already switched and they continue to call me!

Ditto - same as all the rest of you. They're making the rounds tonight.

Just calloed at 7:55 PM here.  They've been knocking on doors acted like he was from PECO and when I called him out on it he admitted he was from a competitor.  Save he could save me some money and I said not interested.  Ever since they been calling here twice a day using all different numbers 215-213-XXXX.  I would take it if it was half PECO's kilowatt rate now.  They can KMA

This is one of MANY examples of predatory marketing, where unscrupulous tactics are used. It is getting to the point you don't know who to trust! I am getting afraid to answer my phone.

Thanks for the info. They call me several times a week. Sometimes very early in am! I answered once but not in time. Now I am glad. Thanks again .

PointS of information for all....I get these calls to  and we ALL will be getting more as the deregulation gets in full swing. JUST BE CAREFUL BUT .... THERE ARE LEGITAMATE providers that will lower your electric bill considerably, I know and recommend AMBIT...we have reduced our electric and will get free energy as my husband is a Supervisor Counselor for the program which also has loads of savings AND VACATION stays free(some of our friends are saving $ 1ooos a year off their energy bill( in your pocket, NOT Pecos!!!) No brainer, but BEWARE there are many programs, many with fees/fines and less attractive rates,  that do not provide as well as AMBIT...(free vacations too!!)  and the SCAM SCUM ARE AND WILL BE IN FULL OPERATION SO BE SMART   BE AWARE WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH AND IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AMBIT INFO CALL 215 680 1858....THE MONEY YOU SAVE WILL BE YOUR OWN!

I keep getting these calls too. I haven't answered and they don't leave any messages. I wish these people would stop calling especially 2 & 3 times a day.

Received 2 calls from this #... No one there! It's driving me crazy!

Been receiving calls from this number for a few weeks now the [***] ring the phone all hours of the day never leave a message and when I call back I get a recording the number is not in service.

This is very annoying.  Everyday I get a call from the above mentioned number.  I call back and the messages states that this number is not in service.  If this not a working number, how come I get phone calls from this number.  Stop calling.

This is not a working number and they call at strange hours, sometimes waking me up early in the morning! When I answer, there is never anyone there. When I tried blocking it using Verizon's *60, it wouldn't work! Said something like this number could not be blocked. So not only are these scammers calling at odd hours and continuously, but they've figured out a way that they can't be blocked. I finally had to get it blocked by calling Verizon, which is in and of itself a hassle!

These JERKS don't even give us a break on a holiday.  THEY DON"T GIVE UP. I report every call to the DO NOT CALL Website in hopes that if we keep reporting EVERY SINGLE call that they will get tired and work to put a stop to them.  If this Electric Provider gets away with doing this then they will ALL start. Everyone needs to report EVERY SINGLE call!!!
