- bob, fred and frank| 3 repliesCalls me in the morning on weekends
and calls me at different times after school
I requested to take me off of the calling list. Stopped calling for a few days, and started calling again.
when answering, it's a recording. the voicemail they leave is the same recording, requesting to call them back with a different number that seems to be the same place that calls you already
when calling, there's a different recording saying random junk that I don't pay attention to, but tells you to punch in a 4 digit number. - ChristinaMr. John Lehman has called me a number of times at work. This is unexceptable and rude. I have been making by-monthly payments to this agency on time for a couple of years.. He has taken over my account and has screwed up the automatic payment from my bank with has resulted in at least 2 over draft charges. This companies. busness tactics are very unprofessional.

- AnonymousReceived calls on the caller ID from this number. ID says PHILA SUBRB, PA and the number. I took the call tonight. Caller said they were trying to get in touch with a neighbor and asked if I'd leave a note on his door. Figuring it was a collection agency, I told the person that the person they were looking for moved. They expressed surprise and hung up on them.
- MissyCalled for Amy Smith. Called once. Dont worry it's Brett Silver.

- kristin| 4 repliesI called this number after seeing deductions on my boyfriend's checking account while he is deployed. I have power of attorney and I'm trying to understand his debts. The operator for NCB refused to transfer me to a supervisor after being extremely rude. She hung up on me three times and then put me on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected me. This is all because I wouldn't give the operator my boyfriend's social security number! (I never used profanity. Really.) I'm trying to work with this company and settle debts and this is how they treat the "nosey girlfriend?"

- kat| 1 replyThis company is very rude. I had been making payments on an account on a regular basis (through automatic draft) yet this company insists on calling me 2x a day to "remind" me I still have an outstanding balance. When I didn't return the calls they somehow got a relative's number and left a message there which completely freaked out my 75 year old mother who now thinks I'm in trouble with the law because someone is looking for me. I find this completely unacceptable. I know I have this debt, I've been making regular payments for at least 12 consecutive months and I swear if I had the remaining balance I'd pay it to get rid of them but alas I only have about 6 more payments. I just find this company very unprofessional. It's no wonder people duck their calls. I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing (paying) and I'm still getting harrassed daily!

- georgeI keep getting calls, but refuse to answer. Based on information provided by my financial counselor, if you ask these companies not to call you on this number, they must stop calling. If they don't you can report them and prosecute them for harrassment. Next time they call, i will be doing that.
- Concerned CitizenJennifer Cochran (extension: 1425) - Very rude, refused to speak to us without getting our names. Hung up before able to ask any questions.
Marie Russo - supervisor - Supposedly a supervisor of sorts, gave us her name and title but refused to transfer us to the president or vp. Kept asking for our number but we refused to give it to her, kept asking for our name, gave her an anonymous name. She would not send us to voicemail so we could leave a message for Brett or Rick Silver (President) and finally hung up on us.
Called back again and got an operator. Asked for Brett or Rick Silver and was sent to a JOE KIMSELL - vice president of collections - He was the ONLY helpful person we spoke to. We expressed our concerns of not only ourselves being call but ALL THESE COMPLAINTS on this and other websites. He assured us that the company doesnt harass people but would make note of our account and take us off the list. He says he takes all complaints about harassment and incorrect numbers seriously. If you are going to talk or complain to anyone he seems like the only one that will listen.- Caller: NCB

- SallyCalled twice in a row; second time I answered thinking it was something important. This company called for my father, who only very briefly lived at this residence (w/ the same number, obviously) around 15 years ago. I was suspicious and refused to give him (fella named "Greg" from Philadelphia) my father's new phone number as it's unlisted. I asked why he wanted to speak to him and he just replied "business". Then he asked if my father lived in either of two completely different states; one of which he's never lived in. Phone number he gave to call back (hah, yeah, right) was 215-244-4200 ext. 1703
