Received a call from this number but did not answer.  The voicemail said, "Please enter your zip code."  three times, with a beep after each time.  Then it said, "You have reached the maximum number of attempts, goodbye."

Received a call from this number. I answered and the automated message said it was from ATT and that there had been a security breach and I needed to enter my billing information. Hung up and am going to call ATT later to double check with them, but I'm fairly certain that it was just a scam to get my information.

got an automated call from this number calming to be at&t. they wanted my zip code and the last four digits of my social security number. This is a scammer and not at&t.

Yes they ask for zip code.

Probably a scammer.

Robot female voice said something like, "This is AT&T, we recently had problems with our lines, and need to have you confirm your details.  Please enter your zip code..."  At that point, I hung up.  Obviously a phishing scam!

Same as what Cath said above. This is  scary. I would contact your State's Attorney General's office via online form to report this dangerous activity.

3 phones called within minutes on my plan.

What is funny is that the AT&T headoffice is in my town, in California.

Pre-recorded statment claiming to be at&t. Looks like a scam with the hopes of getting your zip code and other info. It is comman for criminals to use this type of call service and if they are calling you, there is a good chance they have some of your information already. Use caution and never give any info, even a zip code...

got also a call from this no and it is a pre-recorded message asking for my zip code.

I too received this call asking for my zip code. Hung up.

I just received the same recorded message others have reported: This is an important call about a recent security problem with AT&T customer accounts, please confirm your identity, enter your ZIP... now enter the last four of your social...  I entered my ZIP but only offered a 0 after that, trying to get a human on the line.  No luck.  Calling the number back only gets a pre-recorded "all circuits are busy now" message.  I called AT&T to confirm, and they have no connection to the number whatsoever.  Feel free to report it should you receive the same; maybe with enough customer concern they might get involved.

I also received this call and stupidly entered my zip code.  Didn't ask for any other info. from me. I reported it to ATT as well and had an additional security pass code put on my account.  Nervous that I gave out my zip code...

I'm in the 415 area code and got the same call from this number, traced it to the Pennsylvania, called the Levittown police and was told to file a report with my local police department

got one too, this time it was "BofA." Freaks!
Gave it about 5 seconds and hung up.

Got the call as well. Att is checking to make sure my account is secure, im also in the 415 area
