Arriva, calling about your testing supplies and would you like a back, elbow, knee, wrist, ankle brace?  Pain in the lower extremities.  Have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me.

This is NOT an Arriva Med supply number. Called Arriva's verified number myself to confirm as I was receiving several calls a day from this number. When Arriva Med calls you with their legit number, caller ID will be Arriva Med. This number is NOT an Arriva Med number. It is a scam.

This number 215-302-5456 continues to call me and my wife several times a day. They must work on commission. One order was forced on us without our request. The con artist said Medicare told them to send this. That's illegal.

I can confirm this. I have dealt with Arriva Medical for several years now after  the place I had been getting my diabetic supplies from stopped because of new Medicare regulations. The caller ID has always said "Arriva Medical" and always starts with a 954 area code which is out of Coral Springs, Florida. Nothing of importance to what I have said about them but I just have recently found out through research after all the years of dealing with Arriva that when Liberty Medical(remember the Wilford Brimley commercials) filed for bankruptcy, the Alere company that owns Arriva bought Liberty Medical. The only problem I have though is that every once in awhile, Arriva feels the need to call me and try to offer all different kind of braces for pain in my lower extremities but the problem is, I feel no pain in my lower extremities due to paralysis since birth. I even told one lady who called me offering braces about the paralysis I have and her response was "That is wonderful sir".

Since the company that is calling you is clearly identified by other posters, send them a letter telling them to stop calling you.  This should be sent certified, return receipt so that you can prove they received it.  At that point if they keep calling, you can sue them.

    Call Blocker
You need to buy a standalone call blocker, call blocking phone, use your carrier’s call blocker if they offer one, or download a free call blocking app for smart phones.  For conventional cell phones, assign the number a letter like “z” and make no ring.  You may also need to have your carrier increase the ring time to avoid having them leave a message on your voice mail.

Have had 3 calls but no messages left. It is from Liberator Medical, not Arriva Medical. I do use Arriva for my diabetic supplies but not this company. All 3 calls have been in the last 18 hours.

Arriva medical's automated reorder number for diabetes testing supplies. They don't leave messages and the caller ID does not tell you who they are. If you call back the number, they will recognize your telephone number and allow you to reorder by pressing a few numbers. I've done this regularly.

    This is
Arriva's automated number, not the number you would call to talk to a real person. I have returned the call to this same number every three months to automatically reorder my diabetes testing supplies. It is legit, but totally automatic...no opportunity to  talk to a live person, but it is their real, automated reorder number.

This is also Arriva's number, their automated, humanless, reorder number. Call the number back and it will recognize you and allow you to press a few numbers and get yours supplies. Caller ID does not say it is from them...they are stupid heads...but it is nevertheless legit.
