This call sounds like some kind of gypsy scam to gain information about people's homes and security systems.
Caller claims to be calling on behalf of GE/Honeywell from Columbus, Ohio regarding a previously installed security system and knew both my name and address. This number though is listed as belonging to a "Vyacheslav Skubarenko" located at 7929 Leonard Street, Philadelphia, PA 19152-3305, and I also live in Philadelphia.

Exactly as described as above comment by Annoyed.  These people are criminals and must be prosecuted.

First call from this # two weeks ago, name on CID was vyacheslav skubarenko, second call today 10-15-2015, CID showed Pennsylvania, same # 215-332-4688. No message left either time.

Got a call from this number around 6:30.  I said hello twice but no one answered so I wrote down the number and looked it up to see who it was from.

Same exact thing here. Claimed to be from security company that I have supposedly have had for 3 years. The name was skubareko u here but same number. Woman had thick accent.

Call came in to my landline from this number.  Was a woman with a thick accent, said that she wanted to upgrade my home security system.  Guessing this is a scam to either get bank info or to determine whether the person they're calling has a home security system.

The name and the number listed are mine. Apparently my number has been hacked and high jacked by someone. Verizon stated that unfortunately this is somewhat common. The number has been disconnected within a week of of when the calls started. I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. It had caused a lot of aggravation for me as well, as the whole time while Verizon was trying to resolve the issue, I've been getting very aggravated calls and even threats. It's very disappointing that someone would do something so aweful and not even bother removing my name.

Just called here with your name and number about 10 minutes ago.  Might want to check with whoever  told you the number was disconnected.

Number keeps calling. I answer they keep hanging up. I'm tired of this crap.

Called about an alarm system I had for three years, of which I don't have. Asked how she got my name and number and wouldn't say. Woman has a heavy, broken accent.

As of 1:20 pm 12/8/2015 Number is still in use in your name. So you might want to have that checked. Or quit scamming people all together.

Just received same call.  Whether you or someone else, your name is on the caller ID. Looks like you still need to get to the bottom of it.

I just got a call from this number.  Same as everyone else... Claimed that I had a security system for 3 years and was looking for information.  I just told the person to take me off the list and hung up.  There was a loud tv in the background and the voice sounded foreign... gypsy like as someone stated above.  The called ID says V Skubarenko.  My neighborhood has had some burglaries recently and this just made me a little nervous.  Hoping it's not someone from around my neck of the woods!!

Just had the same call, caller id read "Pennsylvania".  I never bothered to ask for a name. I decided to have some fun and see if they could tell me who my provider was. Shockingly they couldn't. I told them they should get their facts right before trying to scam people

Just had a call from this number (which is listed as Pennsylvania and the number).  Didn't answer - no message left.

Received call from woman with heavy accent stating she was a representative for GE. She addressed us by our last name and stated she was calling in regards to a security system that records show we have had for three years. Caller ID showed only "Pennsylvania" and the phone number.

Have had this number call several times in the past week, usually during the day.  I don't answer because I recognized it as eastern PA  (I'm central PA) and there is no one there I want to speak with.  It is still an annoyance to go see where the call is from -  they never  leave a message.  Obviously they are still using this # for scams.
