Answered call and was hung up on.

Lots of noise in background. Scammer

I've been getting a few calls a day from this number.  Each time I answer they hang up.

Solicitor calling to confirm information, sometimes the same number calls and hangs up, have been calling several times a day.

call FIVE times a day and never say anything then hang up. VERY annoying!

It issues scammer.

Called my landline half an hour or so ago and the person on the other line, said that they were with the United Police Fund. Specifically asked for me.

called cell phone, did not answer since didn't recognize the exchange.  caller did not leave a voice message.  oh well.

Called the number back and I pressed “1” to have my number removed from the calling list last night. Got another call tonight and I did the same thing. I will file a complaint

This scammer hides behind the CID of Philadelphia PA. Anyone that won't give their real name is a scam. I have a blocker where I can block names. Philadelphia PA has been added to the list. My phone will not ring with names or numbers added. Scum. Hey VZW you need to mark this caller as Spam, you missed one.
