I got a call from here today.  It's a cash advance company (called "Splash Cash") soliciting for cash money advance.  Not sure how they got my #...I don't need a payday loan for 110% interest or whatever they are charging.  I blocked them from my phone and if further attempts are made I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

This # said they are "310 Network". What is this?

Telephone Survey for Maine upcoming Gubernatorial Election

Had a 2 minute long message of heavy breathing.  Very annoying.

This number keeps calling me,  all hours of the day !  Sometimes,  they just hang up as I have told them to stop calling me.  This has gone far past harassment.  I am an elderly disabled woman that does not need nor have I ever applied for a PAY DAY LOAN !!!!!!!  I called the number back,  no answer.   Ever !!!  

Leaves no message

Called no message.

Called and left no message.

Caller says they're from my electric company, and they can give me all sorts of savings and cash back if I give them personal information including my account #. Scam artist sounds like.

Called this morning about 10am.  ID said "Bio Network."  Left no message.

Stop calling not interested!

Caller ID says this is from the: 310 Network. No message.

Called 12ish the person said hello, hello, hello???????????
And hung up!!!

This number with "310 Network" on Caller ID.  No message left.

Less than 3 hours later another spam call from "SHEEHAN SALES I" at 919-212-1673 with prerecorded message for "Phillip" There is no 'Phillip' here and hasn't been for 28 years!  Expect these are from the same sad desperate den of THIEVES.

I received a call from "310 NETWORK', today. 17 seconds of no one answering on the incoming side...then a disconnect. Immediately after disconnect the phone rings again (I did not look to check the number) and it is a representative of STARION trying to get me to change my energy provider with my NGRID account and he asks for me to verify my telephone number to him. (He should have known it if he placed the call.)  Appears to be some kind of tie to the "310 NETWORK" service.
The information on the BBB site indicates STARION has a very spotty record and has had to employ network training for its representatives. When I called "310 NETWORK" back the automated message indicates they are a service provided to many customers, etc. Potential tie.....? I bet..
It's probably some sort of automated calling system that, by making the first call, knows your phone will be answered and  then connects you to their "customer" by automating their call to you. Their "customer" is one of the many business that must have paid for this service.
I have made a report to the FCC regarding the "310 NETWORK", and will follow-up with a report on "STARION".
The FCC Complaint address is : http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. Don't forget to use it . I am on the "Do Not Call Registry"  and intend to pursue any infringement of those protections.

Received call at 11:33 today from "310 network".   Figured 'what the hell' and picked it up.   Woman in distance would save us serious money on our electric bill.  Kept her on the line telling her that we only use our home eight months a year and have no air conditioning so the savings would be minimal.  She persisted and if I could give her the account number off a bill and our meter number she could get the thing going.  It started to smell fishy at that point.  In our house, the bill comes in, gets paid and shredded.  No info for her.  She stated that I could call my electric company and get their numbers and she would call me back later.  I said 'good bye' very nicely knowing I had managed to use up a couple of minutes of her time.
