does not leave a message as well

Does not leave a message. Hangs up when answered. When called back they don't answer.

They started calling a few days ago, and have called three times already today, they let it ring 3 times then hang up, when I tried to call it back it made a quick busy signal like it was a not working number, my caller id said pulse 1, what is that?

'Pulse 1' calls several times a day.  Previously, when we answered there was no response.  When we dialed the number, there was a busy signal.  With Caller ID, we don't answer the phone when we see that it's 'Pulse 1'.  They also use different numbers.  Who or what are they????!!!!!

'Pulse1' uses many different numbers to call.  When I answer the phone call, I get no response.  When I call the number back, I get a busy signal.  I just filed an online complaint with the FCC: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.  This type of phone call is called an 'abandoned call'.  It is harassment.  My phone number is on a do-not-call list.  Even if it weren't, getting a phone call from Pulse1 every 25 minutes for 12 hours a day is harassment.

i answered this call, showed up on caller id as national union2, "rosco" said he was calling to verify the last four numbers of my cc as ****, he knew my credit card number!!!!! he was persistent to try to get me to say yes, i wouldnt and he hung up on me, called my bank and turned off my card...watch out for these people!!!

Said they were calling from Budget Savers, and they were going to send me $25.00 in WalMart gift cards. I quickly told them they better not charge my debit card again, and they better not send me anything!! I also told them to stop calling me!!

I got a call. called back and it said i reached their marketing department. press 1 to be put on their do not call list, press 2 to have a representative call you back...
