It is Feature Films For Families.

I bought one film from them, which was good, and they have not stopped calling me since. I'm not even sure how they got my mobile phone number in the first place. I have talked to them on at least three occasions and told them I didn't want to buy any more movies. They just won't take no for an answer and they sent me some "free" ones anyway and then called back a month or so later and asked me to buy some more.

@Dan - "....you could call 1-800-FamilyTV their customer service has always been very helpful' -You've got to be kidding right! I'm absolutely convinced that anyone on here supporting them is either an agent of the company or has enough money to buy enough movies to keep them from calling.

I've got over TWENTY numbers for these jokers and it has been going on for YEARS. And yes, I've been on the National "Do Not Call" List since this started.

The only solution appears to be legal action - but it's less expensive to ignore them. I might change my mind at any moment though :-\

no message - I've now blocked them.  BTW, this is a new number as I have blocked all earlier numbers.  :-((

Feature Family Films are frustrating  to me. I bought 2 films several years ago and asked them to stop calling me at least 5 times each time they continue even though I said stop. Really! I have had more sales calls since I got on the do not call list. I have put myself the same number at least 3 times in the last few years and this year I have had the most calls. I just dont answer any number I do not know. If you dont leave a message I will not call back. Just like Dan I do not know how they got my cell number either. any way i am glad for this site.

I've created a contact in my AB book, set the ring tone to a silent one, now they can call any time they want and I hear nothing, no vibrations, no tone... zippo, nada.

Each time they call, I add the number to this contact... I'm up to 19 today, including this one.

Have received calls from 215-383-9739 and 314-627-6830 regularly for more than 2 weeks.  Calls come in between 8am & 9am and after 7pm daily.  I understand this is some kind of a film service.  I have never used such a service and do not know how they got my telephone number.  Their messages are very immature and harrassing.  Sounds like kids.

I've received calls from two of their numbers (215-383-9739 and 786-358-5692) over the past week.  I filed complaints with the do-not-call government list - https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx .  We'll see if that does any good.

I got three phone calls today.  One from this number - One from 314-627-6830 - One from 786-358-5692

All of these are Feature Films for families.  They do not leave a message and you would think calling constantly and never getting an answer they would give up but they won't.  What can I do?  I am on the do not call list but I bought from them a year and half ago and now they won't leave me alone.

I received two calls today that both trace back to Feature Films. I bought videos from them years ago when my daughter was young, she's 26 now. The last time they called, the salesman was really quite rude and I told them to take me off of their calling list. Since then I've moved and have a new phone number. I'm not sure how they track you down, but it's kind of creepy.

I sent them an email at their customer service address, custservcan@familytv.com, telling them what I just told you and informing them that if they call again, I will file a report with the Attorney General of my state. I should have included the FCC, but I forgot.

i just received a call from this number and they left no message. i am so glad i didnt answer. this is the first time i have gotten a call from this number.

Feature Films for Families called and asked for the ex wife when she & my husband have been divorced since 1998!!  He asked for her & said 'well, they are supporters of ours..'  They're just dialing for dollars like everyone else.  This most recent call came from: 215-383-9739 but they also called from 786-358-5692 but same company.  I had blocked the 786 number yesterday and this AM they called on the 215 number which I have now blocked as well.
The guy was very nice and he said he would update the records and was sorry for the call. A legit company looking for money.

BTW, I have a Panasonic KX-TGA652 land line (yes, I still have that for work when I work from home) and these phones have a call block option that's very simple to use. Panasonic makes a few other models that also block calls and they work!!  There are also some apps for cell phones that will play a message when you get unwanted calls, look around for those. Last time I counted I had more than 100 numbers saved as 'Ignore' on my cell phone.  I mark 'ignore' and I do just that instead of getting upset by these calls since the DNC is a joke and there are so many BS calls these days!!

Received a call from this number today, and I didn't answer it.  They were telemarketing me in the past, and I complained and file reports with donotcall.gov, and they stopped for awhile.  But tonight, another call from them, from a different number, so apparently they've started up again.  I have no idea how they ever got this number or why they started.

The past few days I have been receiving calls from the 215 number and  the 786 number on my mobile number with no messages. I have no children and have never ordered any videos. Make it stop.
