The number comes up Philadelphia Pa.  They never leave a message. Called and a guy answered law office.   Asked law office of what. he said Jill Pezzuto. He said he was hired by a company to collect a debt from a company called cache that bought a late charge card account. He asked if I was the persons spouse and started telling me info like amount owed, date last payment made and the type of card it was. Said in Pa he is allowed to tell spouse all info even though I am not on the account.  I asked him to mail something to prove debt and he said no that they did already and if he wants proof he can wait until they take  legal action.  I refused to give any info and told him to send info. He got really short with me and said it's been sent and hung up.

Got a call tonight no message left.  Does not matter in PA or any other state you are covered by the FDCPA, and in PA by the PAFDCPA which makes no distinction between debt collectors and creditors.  Hope these cowards try to take me on.  I keep a log of every suspicious phone call, just in case something like this happens.

Is it possible he said Joe Pezzuto Law Firm.  They are located in Arizona.
