AT 9AM  Feb 20, 2015  no ans, no message

Recently moved & had to change our home # due to the move. Almost immediately this number began calling our phone on a regular basis. Usually calls when we're not home so no answer & no voicemails left.

March 15th, began getting calls from this number.  No ans, no message.

Robo call from a collection agency I think, return the call it says please hold while we access your record, I hung up

Has called me 4 times in 2 weeks, always when I'm at work.  Never leaves messages, and no answer when I call back.

This call was from a Stella Collection Agency      Had the wrong person with similar name but different address    Were very polite and offered to remove my number    Hope it works!!

stellar recovery was calling for the previous holder of the phone number I now have had for over a year. said they would remove me from the calling list. I've heard this before from other companies and I'm hoping they will stop calling me

Calls, leaves no message, when you call back, no number, when you answer no one on line.  Has to be terrorists.  Need to get them.

I have the same situation - recently moved and have a new landline phone number.  They've only called once so far - no message left.

I was getting this number calling me all the time at least twice a day ,I finally called them back and they said they were a collection agency ,I asked who were they looking for and when they told me I told them that I have no idea who that was so they told me that they would remove my number from their list and would not get any more calls,so lets see what happens

Why does it have to be terrorists? Can't it simply be regular scammers instead of terrorists?

Answered the call. No response on other end.

Been getting calls from this number (usually while I'm at work), never leaves messages.  Caller ID identifies the caller as Stellar Recovery.  Never heard of them.
