I have been getting several calls from this number since this morning. I just ignore these calls.

Calls my phone multiple times a day, no idea who it is

calls me everday like clockworks!!!!

Who in the world are these people???  I don't answer but that doesn't stop the calls!

Called me yesterday, recorded message asked me to call back about an important business matter. Sounds like some kind of collections call.

same here-keeps calling every 4 hours.Name comes up as "UnitedStationery".
False name.The real United Stationery is in Texas and sells promotional items online.I think I will call the real place on Monday and let them know what this number 215 436-8620 is doing! ID theft!

they are bill collectors in Pennsylvania using fraudulent tactics-report them-I did.What they are doing is illegal

I got calls from this number everyday starting at 8 a.m. up tell 9 p.m. caller I.D. comes up as the number.

Who are they, and where do you report them? What is the fradulent tactic?

It means they are doing things that are not legal to try and pressure you into paying them.

This number keeps on calling and the message cuts off. Every 20-30 mins.

This number just started showing up yesterday, however they have called 7 times already.  They have not left any messages.  It could be a collector, but for some reason I'm not so sure that it is.  I can't find out any information about them.  If anyone has actually spoke to someone on the other end, please leave a comment here of who it's from.

Reading through other comments on this site, I have found the number listed in a post under another number.  It seems that this number is in fact from the collection agency, NCO.

This is ridiculous, by 10am, I have had 4 calls from this number, this is consistant everyday. I have not answered and have no idea who it is but I am getting furious. I tried to call this number back and it just rings and rings... I am very irritated.

Me again.  Someone else mentioned it was NCO, so I called to find out who it was.  This is what happened:

1) I called and a message came on stating that it was S & D Marketing ... If I wanted to take my number off their calling list it told me to leave my number.  Then it claimed that the machine full.

2)  I immediately called back.  No machine, no answer.

3)  I immediately called back again.  No machine, no answer.

4)  They called me within 2 minutes of my 2nd try.  I immediately answered.  They asked for my husband, whom is not home.  They began to tell me that they would call back, but I started asking questions.  They replied by informing me that the phone call was being recorded.  I in turn told them that's ok as I'm also recording the message.

5)  She immediately told me that she was choosing to disconnect the phone call because I was recording it.  

6)  She hung up.

I've been getting these phone Calls since Last Monday, They started at 8am (My Time) and  don't stop till 9pm, they call every hour on the hour. I called United Statioary, it's not them, they are aware of it.

I can't call them back because of phone restrictions but I intend to answer when they call again. I just may 3-way my laywer and let him talk.

I too keep getting calls from this number but had not answered. I normally don't answer numbers I do not recognize. I called this number back and got a recording that it was S & D Marketing. Message said to leave my 10 digit phone number and someone would call back and also said that you could leave a message stating do not call and again leave your 10 digit phone number and the calls would cease. If this is indeed a collection agency I believe these tactics are illegal. Can anyone give me some insight on this as far as if this deceptive practice is legal or not?

I called S & D Marketing's main number (215) 676-8266 and spoke with a young lady that said that they are a customer service and consulting business but that they do have a call center that sets appointments up for other companies. I asked her to take my number off any lists they may have and she told me that she would do that as we spoke (they're calling my cell #).

Asked for me and claimed to be some type of financial company

I have now gotten 2 calls on my cell phone in the last hour from this company. No messages left. It's so irritating since I use this for my business.
