Received a call this morning...person asked for Carolyn.  Name is close to someone who works here, so I asked "who are you looking for?"  Right then the line went dead.

Received call from this number with caller ID as V11810574700077. There were noises in the background but nobody spoke.

Received a call from a Janet Thompson VCW Sports Promotion Department wanting me to call back on 888-228-4501 to relase my priority mail package.

Snaky Sales techniques promising all kinds of stuff and delivering little on their promises.
Their products are priced at double my high end vendors. I will not be doing business with them in the future. Stay away!

This is the number that came up when I received a return call from RCS out of Pompano Beach FL.  They sent us safety supplies that were not ordered.  After a very heated exchange, I informed them that the product was picked up by Fedex at their expense and any invoices sent would be considered fraudulent and would not be paid.  Which upset them even more.  This is a scam.  Be very careful when dealing with RCS.

Very strange call.  It started out with a woman asking me about the weather and how she is in New Jersey and they expect a big storm.  She then transferred me to her boss who asked me if I was into Nascar or baseball.  I then told him I was busy and the line went dead.

Received a call that had me on "HOLD"; they picked up while still talking to someone in the background. I repeated "Stateline" and then they asked for someone here, said they sent a package to this person last week and it was returned so they wanted to talk to them to verify/correct the mailing information. I asked what they, "RCS Shipping" had sent and they couldn't tell me, BUT confirmed that "RCS Shipping" had sent it. I asked again what it was and they transferred me to a "Shipping Manager" and that person asked for the same person they'd asked for at the beginning of the call and the employee's Voice Mail. I said I'd be glad to contact the person if they gave me a call back # to have them call........"RCS Shipping" hung up. These types of calls are used to send out products from cleaning supplies to light bulbs. Once they get someone to sign for the delivery they send you an astronomical bill for the product and refuse to take it back and will try and tell you that someone in your office approved the order. They get a name of someone in your business and use it to say the order was legit. It's a SCAM. Don not transfer the call or give your name.......HANG UP! Phone # 215-441-8669
