they keep calling my place of business to "verify 411 information" if they don't hang up or breathe into the phone. The first shift "verified" the information, they've called about 10 times. The most recent  being 10 minutes ago. I gave the man on the other end of the phone what for, and reported them to the FCC.

They called my business phone but did not leave a message.  I used *69 to detemine the lase incoming phone number.

I ecently signed up for call intervention service on my home phone, which blocks calls with fake calle ID like unknown, etc.

called business to update business information.  Seemed really perplexed did I did not answer "yes" to any question.  Just repeated what she said.  Finally laughed and hung up.

Careful, seems like a trap where they record you saiying "yes" and edit into you agreeing to buy stuff you don't need.

Caller ID says just Pennsylvania. Calls started last week. Friday they must have called over a dozen times. I refuse to answer calls from blocked caller ID. Glad that my intuition was right on this one; obviously this not a number that I need to answer.

Keep calling to verify business information. Long pause once i answer the phone. They say they are calling from a NJ business directory, yet its a pa number. I told them I already got the call last week and hung up.

Idiots from this number call and mumble   Sounds like scam of some kind   Probably want you to call back for some reason

Bet I've gotten 20 calls in the past 5days. No talking on the other end

The caller ID says Pennsylvania, but the accent was from India. They said that they were trying to verify my address and business name for 411  but my phone has never been a business.

very annoying.  twice today already.  can't understand accent.  just heard hello, hello, hello...is this the busines ",,,.,"  I say yes and don't call back.  they wait 10 minutes and call back

2nd call today. Said they wanted to verify business info as others have stated. I made sure not to answer "yes" to any questions but curiosity got the best of me and I wanted to see where this was going. Then caller said he need to transfer to his supervisor to verify he had done his job. She asks same questions, address and company name, all in an effort to get me to say "yes" to their scam. Next she wants to record me giving them the same information so they don't call back. When I said nothing was changed so I wasn't going to do that, she argued and said this was for the "basic listing" and that is how they double check so they don't call again. She continued to argue with me until I hung up. I assume they will continue to call back. I'll just speak to them in Spanish next time or maybe Russian.

We just got this guy, names himself Sam, called us a few times.  My employee answered the call.  I figured something was going wrong and took over the phone.  I told him do not call us again.  Asked him "If you call us again, I will sue you. Is that clear"   He hung up.  Anyone has idea who are they?

They've been calling for the last week or so....I simply pick up the phone and then hang it right back up - click-click.

I figure if I hang up on them enough times, they'll stop calling - LOL

This number has called my business dozens of times in the last few months, just as people have reported above. I usually don't answer numbers I do not recognize but thought I would humor them and answer this time. Probably shouldn't have. Indian guy, James, goes through the whole 411/Google verification blah-blah, switches me over to his supervisor to "verify" with a recording, and then he starts talking over the recording where I think it's saying they're going to add some marketing hoo-ha onto my phone bill, at which time I screamed something at them and hung up.  I will be looking over my phone bill VERY carefully next month... Guarantee it's a scam.

Have been getting the same calls all week from this number. They make no sense, then play a recording and talk over it so you can't hear what you're supposed to be agreeing to. Hang up on them.

Got a call from this number and they seemed really weird. Wanted me to say yes to something and i kept saying no and they got upset. I hanged up and they called back. Told them i didnt want anything and hung up again. Sounds like a scam to me

Got 8 calls yesterday at home. Noise in background. Someone will say "hello" a few times, then hang up.
No doubt in my mind: this is a scam.

1-877-DIAL RNK  This is the CLEC to this company. I called today to get the information of course knowing they wouldn't give it out. So I asked them to call the company and have the company call me back. I doubt this will happen but I am being nice at this point. This should be a fun little game to play with this obvious CLEC who loves taking money from this company.
