This phone number contacted saying there is a loan that was accepted when there wasn't... They threated with the police, but I think it is just fraudulent. Does anyone have any information about this company? The only thing I have found about them online is their name, nothing else exists about them.

They be calling me as well telling me that I took out a loan as well and they said it was through my bank and when I called my bank and my bank tried to called them back they would not answer the phone and they also threaten me with police as well and they also said I have a bank account with a certain back in January and I never used that bank before I have been with same bank for 6 years.

I received the same sort of call just yesterday.  The gentlemen who called said that he was a police offer and that he was trying to reach a family member who was delinquent on a past debt. This family member supposedly put me down as a refeence and that if they did not pay the balance I would be responsible, if I did nto pay I would be arrested.. I lit into him like nobodies business... My sister fell for it and sent these people $300.00... I told him this was bogus that I could not be arrested for someone elses debt... Whether I was placed as a reference or not.. he then tried to threaten me with being arrested and scolded me for speaking so rudely to a "police officer"... We heard a news report here in Charlotte NC that this is a big scam.... I told them to remove my number from their call list and do not call me again or a real "police officer" would be there to arrest them for phone harassment..

Can so one help us fine out who this people are or who they work for.

Received a call from this number today.  Caller ID listed it as "Unknown."  I don't answer unknown callers.  Let the answering machine get it.  Left no message.  . . . What good is it to be on the government's "Do Not Call List," when one receives multiple calls like this one every, single day??

I keep getting a phone call stating that I am fraudulent for a loan threatening to have me arrested if I didn't pay so much money to them. He claims to be a Law Enforcement Agent, Alfred Reed. I called my creditor that I have a loan with and they claim that my account is up to date and in good standing, but yet these people keep harassing me for money for the same loan.
