Yes, this is a Cisco global Marketing Partner. The gentleman was very friendly. He set me up an appointment with a Representative who was able to give me a full evaluation of products and services that may have helped with my switch upgrade., Needless to say, this alleviated a lot of pressure on my shoulders, having this evaluation provided specifically for my needs.
