Calls my home phone several times a week. No messages left. Caller ID say's "The Herald" ????

215-589-6920 calls twice a day.  Caller ID says it is "The News," White Pages reverse says it is from Doylestown, PA.  A recorded message was received in the middle of the night (even though the phone never rang), and asked the voicemail to press a number for more options, which it obviously could not do.  I really wish they'd leave me alone.

Caller ID says "The Herald" 215-589-6921.  They call every few days and identify themselves as All-State.  I tell them not to call anymore, but they do.  One day, I just put the phone down and let them talk.  When they stopped talking, I hung the phone up.  Five minutes later, the phone rang, but no one answered.  "Private Caller" it said.

Never leaves message. Doesn't matter. We don't answer unknown #. Considering a fog horn. Or turning ringer off.
