Got a call at 6:45 am on Thursday.
No name; no message.
Research results: listed as Landline, Broadview Networks, Inc.-Horsham or Norristown, Pa.
I returned call: Sounds like a home phone; first the call was, apparently, dropped. I called back: a female answered who first said just hello, then gave a first name. I said "I got a call from this #, at 6:45 this morning, who are you?" She said something that sounded like "ERS" and asked my name. I said "you're listed as Broadview Networks"; she said "is this Linda?" (so, evidently, she has caller ID). I asked again: who is this? She said "I can't give you any information until I verify who you are" I hung up.

That number is a collection agency trying to collect a debt.  Other numbers that they call from that I know so far are (209)566-1797 and (215)600-4508.
