I just gotten a call from this # and they did NOT leave a msg for me either. Any idea as to who this is??

It is a recording set up by Verizon for non payment but they are not clear what the matter pertains to because there are automated prompts AND they are simply seeking payment; I didn't know why I was receiving this call since my bills have always been paid on time.I finally called the business office.  They have now been chasing me for for 5 months and I have been appealing it this long; they claim I owe $360 in equipment charges for a broken phone that I returned butaccording to Verizon  it was never recovered in the warehouse. Since I can't produce the tracking number they say I owe the full amount. Evantually you will get shut off notices or recordings sent to the line in question unless you contact their finance office- I have 4 rounds of appeals and they are still harrassing me for payment. I would love to switch to another carrier as I have become very disenchanted with Verizon over the last 8 years.

It is Verizon wireless. They claim there is a change in my account. I have not made any changes and they calling over and over. 2 times in 4 hours today. Both calls are from different numbers.

Verizon wireless.  As stated above, they are calling regarding a "change in your account", but are actually calling about a late payment.

Yup. Its Verizon. But they actually called about "changes," to my account and the phones associated with it. Apparently, my 11 year old and his friend went with said friend's sister who is 18 to try and get a separate family plan. I am glad I did not answer the first 5 calls as they were asking if I would release my son's phone number so he could get it transferred and kept... Man, did they get an [***] chewing from me. It is that way so I CAN SEE what and whom my child is associating with!!! Well, all apologies and a discounted phone billing cycle for the next year will do just fine.

they call repeatedly. i have never been with verizon a single day in my entire life. they just dont seem to comprehend this!
