Have had two calls from this number -- no message, and when I redial, I get an "this number is not in order" message.

I received this call at 1:30pm on July 2, 2012. Did anyone figure out who this is???

scumbags left aoutomated msg about how they can provide reduced electric rates compared to PECO. they use many diff numbers for this BS call some of which I have now blocked but this # is a newer one about the same old junk. THIS IS A SCAM - THEY ARE TRYING TO GET YOUR PERSONAL INFO ESP SSN. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING - NOT EVEN YOUR NAME. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM!!! Block this incoming call if you can.

This number unfortunately cannot be blocked. So not only have these scammers figured out a way to bug the hell out you, but you can't block their number, either.

If you have Verizon, you CANNOT  block them!! I had to call Verizon (which in itself is a huge hassle) to block one of their fake numbes, but they use many others.

called here twice with 2152135622 and 2156085362. NO MESSAGE. If Verizon can't help you block a number your best bet is to invest in a new Panasonic phone.

Received a call July 4. I block one number only to have them call using another number (I have a Panasonic phone which has call block although I will use up the allotment on electricity resellers and card holder 'services' alone), I did pick up once, knew it was the electricity resellers. I asked the woman who she worked for. She said a discount center representing 30 different companies. I said it was obviously a scam or they would not keep calling back using different spoofed numbers. She hung up. I also wrote to the DNC and said they could easily monitor scams by monitoring what people posted on this site but as long as number spoofing is allowed and goes unpunished this sort of thing will continue.
