Rang once, hung up. I don't know anyone in Pennsylvania.

Called 2 Dec 2015, at 0912hrs. Rang once and hung up.

Same thing.  Only rang once.   What aggravates me is that it was on my cell and not the landline.

Answered this number on my cell and it was mid-recording: "...that extension is not available. Please hang up and try again." I hung up and blocked caller.

Got the call on my cell. Same rang once on 10Dec 2015 and hung up at 9:24am.

Someone has changed my address with Verizon and tried to upgrade to a s6 .  Caught it in time. Be careful everyone.

Do not call registry is useless.  Called and hung up.  AVG has call blocker.  Another one to block.

They called me 12/22/15 at 3:54pm -- left no message. Did not notice when call was incoming to see if it rang once or fully.

There is a scam where companies let your cell phone ring once & human curiosity gets the better of some folks.  When they call the number back it's actually tied to an off shore number and they slam your cell bill with a charge.  Folks at ATT & Verizon - even though they are well aware of these scammers and scumbags - will fight you over the charge.  Block and delete from history.

The Do Not Call Registry only stops legit telemarketing calls, and legit robo-calls are still allowed. Scammers, robo-callers, telemarketers that are not legit won't bother listening to the Do Not Call list.
