2 calls today from this number. No voice messages and when I called back it just rang.

received the same call. didn't leave a message and I didn't try to call back. That occurred 2.4.14 and said the call originated from PA, USA.

Received a call from this number on my cell 2.3.2014.  I didn't answer and no message left.  Looks like with all the calls people have gotten over the last 48 hours that it must be some kind of scam, rather than a wrong number.

I got a call from this number at 10:40am on 2/3/14. I didn't answer and no message left. Sound familiar?

Just received a call from this number same info came from Yuan Joanne  9:33 am October 7.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  Called back and I got a busy single.

Called and didn't leave message... AGAIN!  Stop calling if you can't even leave a message!  Clearly its a scam.

call on cell from 215-671-0164 -- says it's from PA but person on line hung up when I asked for their company.  They wanted credit card information for Capital One.

Just received call from this number, did not answer but there was a message saying I could lower my interest rates.  Did not try returning the call.

I got the call, pressed one to lower my rates. A man came on the phone about offering to lower my rates and said he represents Capital One, BOA and a few others. My card wasn't listed, and I told him I was not falling for this, and I hung up on him.

Got a call from this number identified from PA, USA. I did not answer and no message left.

First got a call for an Unknown number and then 20 minutes later got a call for this number. (I assume they just blocked their call the first time.) Did not leave a message and I did not call back .

Got a call from this number. Listened until I heard they were going to lower my interest rate and then hung up. Called Chase Bank fraud line since they recently got hacked and I have accounts there. They told me the number has a lot of complaints and I did the right thing. I told the operator to do something to whoever owns that number.  I don't use my cell number except for business and banking. Others get my land line.
