Completely random, it is an automated message which doesn't say where they are calling from. Just says that your credit interest rate can be lowered - press 1 to continue and press 2 to disconnect.
I didn't bother pressing any option and disconnected

This number is CURRENTLY being used by the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Press 1 campaign from someone claiming to be "Account Services" and that my interest rate is about to expire and that I should press 1 to speak to someone about lowering my interest rate. Deceptive or "Bait and Switch" calls are illegal and should be reported to the FTC.

Same crap everyone else has reported.  It really angers me when they call my cell phone.  

Reporting these calls does no good.  The Do Not Call list does absolutely nothing.  What a waste of taxpayer money those guys are!!

Totally agree with Tom.. Lowlife [***] who are out to rip you off. The calls are probably ROBO-calls from some other country other than the U.S.A.  Illegal calls, but they don't care. I had not heard from them in awhile. Must have started up again.
On my caller ID it came up St John Newmann. Usually comes up UNKNOWN or something like that. DUH!

My Phone Identifer said this number (215-677-4586) was from St John Newmann! Robo call. Mabey our US Attorney could Tate action on these type of calls.

Same here, just came up as St John Newmann....answered phone and just dead silence.  These calls are becoming more frequent and not just from this number.  PITA I tell ya!

Same as everyone else 215-677-4586 St John Newmann.....just dead silence when I answer.  So annoying.  Seems like over the past few months they have become more and more frequent from random numbers.

Darn it!  I NEVER answer these calls until I check the number here first, but since my sister is at a funeral mass today and the temperatures are around 4 degrees I thought I better answer because it might be her with car trouble.  It wasn't my sister but it was a recorded message from Heather calling from "credit card services".  Wish one of the choices under "call type" here was scammers.

I just got this call - saying St John Newman - didn't answer it either - no message, Thanks for the info - I never answer calls I don't know - esp from out of state

I thought I was on the do not call list....I didn't answer it but have the number and googled it.
