- Unknown replies to Tired of ScammersI think I just got scammed they called me telling me to go on find my iPhone and remove my old device from the cloud and asked me if I sent the phone back yet
- AndreaKeep getting calls from this number on all 3 of my ATT phones and they are saying we didn't return our phone that was damaged. I called the Asurion # (888-490-6096) and they confirmed that they DID receive my phone and noted it on my claim so if it really is ATT or asurion calling to STOP calling. If they keep calling, then it is definitely a scam. either way, sounds like a scam. Next time i'll use a return tracking label when i send back a damaged phone.
- Caller: AT&T or Asurion Scam
- STIts a fraud and scam to try to get information to steal identity or whatever - they say they are AT&T and have a story about your phone that you sent in for an insurance claim still is hooked up to iCloud and you have to go on your computer while they tell you what to do and get it unhooked.
- Caller: Fake company

- Bradcalled my cell phone 8/7 at 7:15PM. left a recorded voicemail. This is Kevin from AT&T regarding a recent insurance claim. Our records indicate the defective device has not been returned. If you have any questions, please call us back at 1-866-402-4525. I no longer use AT&T for my cell phone service, and I have never filed any insurance claims for a damaged device with them. So it's got to be a scam.
- Caller: AT&T Scam Call
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- NrsCI received a voicemail from this # claiming they were AT&T calling about the phone I was supposed to return, a phone I returned weeks ago and already received an email from the insurance company saying they received the phone and the claim was closed. Of course when I called the # back I never got an answer. DEFINITELY A SCAM!
