Just sits there and speaks a foreign language.

called-recording in spanish and when I returned the call the number is disconnected

Called and was speaking in a foreign launguage. I hung up immediatly.

called a supposed "secure" business line - did not recognize number and did not answer.

Called work Cell number didn't recognize area code, didn't answer

Recorded call in Spanish on my cell phone.

called- no message left, ????

just got a call from this number ---- woman speaking in spanish.
sounded like cheering in the background?

didn't answer, but tried to call back...number was disconnected. What does this mean?

Called back, recorded message " The number you have rich is not in the service." My wife got a call from this number too.

Ehh this is kinda weird 4 me cuz the only person  in philly that would have my number is my ex and  i didnt asnwer itt butt it was at this number and i called it back and it said its not in service

Received call from this number, but did not answer.  No message was left.  Didn't try calling the number.

For those of you that did try calling the number, the number is likely used as a caller ID spoof.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caller_ID_spoofing

In other words, the caller isn't actually calling from this number, but is using a known disconnected number to "spoof", or give fake results, caller IDs.

Recieved call @ 6:45pm PST, didn't answer, no voicemail.

Just got a call from this number. Was busy so I didn't answer. Called back and said it was not a working number...

Received 2 calls from this number but it is out of service when I tried to return the calls.

Just got a call from this number.   Let it go to my voicemail.   Connected but no message was left.

Missed the call during a meeting, and when I tried to call back:  automated "phone number not in service" was received.
