I do not have a Verizon Wireless account and  I will no longer answer calls from the following numbers....

Verizon doesn't seem to want to do anything about these calls and I'm not spending $15 to get all the particulars.  That's their job. Their tech help on their billing packages for TV, phone and Internet also  is very poor.  They never get anything totally fixed.  They tell you they will adjust your bill and it never happens and they have no record of my conversations about the problems or fees or that info has to come from another person or department.  I have spent hours fixing their mess. For a company that prides themselves in communication their customer service  STINKS, for the lack of a more forceful word.

Does this really do any good?

I forgot to mention these calls have been going on for the last 3-4 months. There are at least 5-6 a month.

Two of these calls today and we paid the bill yesterday! And they are claiming we are a month behind when we are not.

Yep... Verizon.

I receive calls from each number at least 1/2 a dozen times everyday.....as early as 6 am and as late as 12am.......I know its verizon.  I have been out of work for over a year and half and just got back to work.  They know that I am struggling and I do pay...HOWEVER....they are a real pain in the [***] and call me like a bookie trying to collect a "loan"....The more they call the less I am interested in paying quickly....especially for $13.40 of a past due balance from only two weeks over due...

So verizon, If you are ever checking on your feedback and are reading this....GO F YOURSELF....stop bothering me....Go Bother someone who never pays or is months behind and builds up a huge bill....I only have a $60 a month plan.....

I seriously get this phone call ALL THE TIME!, it starts at 8am and continues all the way until 9pm.  When you answer its just a recording.
One time I actually gave them all of my information because it was at 8am on a Saturday. When I realized, Verizon has my information on file, I went straight to my bank and canceled my account!  
I pay my bill every month!  I hate Verizon!  They have the worst customer service and they make me ill!  I got stuck in a 2 year plan and Im livid!

Funny why Verizon would be calling a CANADIAN seeing we don't even have Verizon here in CANADA..lol

You should not have paid the bills. It is not Verizon Wireless; it is a scammer.

It isn't Verizon. It's a scammer. DO NOT pay the bills. Block the number immediately, and if you feel the need to, call the ACTUAL Verizon number.

This isn't Verizon Wireless- it's a scammer. They have called me in the past, so I blocked the number; I don't understand why I'm getting these messages again.

If you get these calls, too: IT ISN'T VERIZON. Do not pay the bills. Block the number. For a sense of security, call the actual Verizon and ask for information on your account (and if the things said are true).

I have never had an account with Verizon, nor would I want one. Yet I get these calls 3-4 times a day. I've answered and told them that no one by the name they're asking for is at this location. (they're using my name) I don't know how to make them stop calling me.

I called the number back and was advised it was a debt collector for T-Mobile. I assume they purchase debt from multiple wireless companies. I do not and have not had service w/ T-Mobile. When I tried to explain this I was called a liar. The reps I have spoken with are rude and confrontational.

It is Verizon. They called twice in a row no message. Called back reached them and it was legit. Our bill was late, I simply screwed up and it was handled because of the call. No complaints here, reminder was helpful as don't need negative comments on our credit.

Verizon? Too bad for them that I'm with AT&T. Definitely a scammer.

I get several calls from this number, never leaves a message and I don't answer unknown calls.  Most likley a scammer like the others mentioned.
