Yesterday-SUNDAY-got call from this number at 5:12pm EST, and dead air when I picked up and softly said hello. Then, today got another call at 4:03pm EST with same results.  The difference lies in the caller ID.  Yesterday-SUNDAY- the caller ID said "Out of Area", but today the caller ID said "Cleveland,OH".  This sort of identification makes me very suspicious. Must be someone I don't want to deal with!

This phone number is associated with Victory Processing, a polling company that will perform phone polling on the behalf of anyone who pays them and creates a poll.

According to caller ID, everyone in Ohio is calling. I didn't answer and not a single person left a message.

keeps calling 2 to 3 times a week. never leaves a message and if you answer they say its a political call. half the time ya cant understand them

Calling daily sometimes twice a day, hangs up on answering machine, leaves no message. I have privacy manage and an unlisted and non published phone number and address.

This number (216-208-3512) calls 3 times a day! I too have a unlisted private number.. My answering machine picks it up but never a message. Annoying!

They call different times of the day. Interrupt my calls..

Robo call keeps calling multiple times every day. Asking polling questions. I dialed it back and they said victory processing polling was doing survey. To be removed from list press 7. I am Leary as what if it’s a scam.

They have been calling continuously.  I called the number and received an automated message saying they were conducting polls, but to be taken off the list to press 7.  I pressed 7.  We will see if it works.  If it does not, I will contact the FCC.

Surveys are legal and not covered by the DNC.  They are also not regulated.

This number called and I didn't pick up because I was cooking dinner.Twenty minutes later 818-230-3983 called.Both are political calls.

2.25.18 @ 3 PM-- Most likely a SCAMMER using a spoofed name (Cleveland OH) and a spoofed phone number (216-208-3512).  So odd that SCAMMERS actually think that people will feel compelled to answer the call because they believe that the ENTIRE town of Cleveland OH is calling!!! Silly SCAMMERS!!!
