Called twice, no message

This is a subcontractor for the city water department trying to get access to change out the water meter.

This time woke husband from a nap during one of his few but precious days off.  Left no message!  We don't have Cleveland water, so why would they be bothering us?

This is a subcontractor for the Cleveland Dept of Water. They are installing new remote water meters to all homes. They are rude, appear to be recording all calls and work in a very LOUD call center.

This time I answered but no one said a word.  We do not have Cleveland water, nor do we have an indoor water meter.  This is obviously a scam, so people, BEWARE!

It is not a scam, It is Cleveland Water Dept. Clear reads, they are installing new meters. You may have Cleveland water as it Services all of Cuyahoga County. And if you do not have an indoor water meter how do you keep it from freezing????? If your meter is in a vault, they still need permission to be on your property, as well as shut the water off while they change the meter.

Hey oldBill its a scam, I live in Medina County and have a well.  Homes with city water in the township have it supplied from Lorain not Cleveland.

It is the company Clear Reads associated with the water company. We had a scheduled appointment to have our meter updated and they called from this number to state they were running late. They then showed up as stated on the phone and had proper identification from the company.

Received a call but no one responded when I said hello. We do have Cleveland water, but I believe all of my homes are already updated.
