Got call ..asked for me by name. I asked "who's this"  they hung up.  I called the number and as soon as dialed 239, it  went to operator instructing me to  check my #.

Called my cell phone - didnt answer... called yesterday from a 216-239-1959 number. When I tried to call the number back it wouldnt complete the call. 216-239 *check your number and dial again*
collection agencies and tax time, coincidence? I think NOT!

I have received a number of calls within the past week from various phone numbers of 216-239-****.  I have received two today (216-239-1959 and 216-239-2133).  I have not answered, nor have I attempted to return the calls; as no voice message is left.  I have seen recent news reports of scammers, especially outside the US, using robocall techniques to scam people.  The phone numbers will appear in caller ID as a local number.  I recommend that if you do not know the phone number, don't answer it; and if they don't leave a voice message, do not return the call.

I've received many calls the past few weeks from all these numbers. I never answer. I wonder if this has to do with my Target information that was breached.

Received a call from 216-239-2133.  Caller ID said from University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Childrens, Cleveland, Ohio.  First ask if my husband was there, ask him who it was he said his name was Jesse, asked me if I was Mrs Park, ask him who this was and for what cause.  Did not answer my questions, told him we don't give and hung up.  I immediately called Ombudsman at UH and reported this.

They ask for me by name then hang up.  My guess is that they want you to call them back and there is probably a large charge if you do.

Hopefully if others report them, they will get shut down soon!

Same here. Past month I keep getting calls from 216-239-2133 and 216-239-2279. I refuse to answer any call and they do not leave messages

I keep getting calls from this number. They never leave a msg. They call every day 4/5 times a day. Driving me crazy!

In this day and age, any person or company ignorant enough to repeatedly call a cell phone and not leave a message does not even deserve a call back.  It seems as if these types of calls are either a debt collection agency, or scammers wanting to get a "live" number that they can sell information about.  Either way, I'm not answering.  I suggest that you do not answer any numbers you do not recognize, and simply save the number in your phone directory as a "Do Not Answer" number, and set the ringer to "silent".  The Do Not Call list and the FEC have not done enough to stop these annoying calls.

Ive been recieving the same calls from the 216-239-2133 number. They never leave a message therefore they dont deserve a callback. Glad im not the only one and thanks for the useful info!

They asked for me by my maiden name do I know something isn't right. They claimed to be a collector but I don't owe anyone anything. I usually refuse to answer any calls I don't know the # of but after multiple calls I thought it was important. Guess not. Won't be answering any of those any more, especially since they don't leave a message.

216-239-2133/216-239-2279/216-239-1959 they call me from this numbers and they ask me for my credit card to make a donation for university hospital. They are just people trying to steal some money!!!

I know I just posted a couple days ago, but THREE calls in less than 24 hours!  Someone needs to ban even charities from robo-calling!  And who knows if this is really University Hospitals?

I'm up to 21 calls in the past 9 days from this number and various others that start with that 239- number. They call at least 2x a day. I haven't answered, but they just keep calling.

No message left.  Picked up one yesterday - recording saying University Hospital Fund Raising.  I hung up and blocked all the numbers.
