Called at 9:10 AM, when I picked up, there were about 5 seconds of silence followed by a hangup.

(recorded):  This is an important announcement.   The US Dept. of Education has arranged for student loan forgiveness.     I didn't bother pressing either 1 or 2, as suggested by the "caller", but I will be blocking this number.

At work calls on my work cell phone. Unknown number. Caller ID said Ohio???? Did not answer-Blocked

 I got a call from this number from a Lisa about a free trip.  Scam stop calling me and get a life, your fake

This caller spoofs 216 area codes in a voIP.  They call over and over, 4-5 times in a row.  they have never left a message.  Stop calling me.

Received 5 calls in the space of 10 minutes from this number on May 24, 2016.  Tried everything I could to try to stop the calls - I hung up immediately when there was dead air for 5 seconds, the next time I let the recorded message start (free cruise offer - scam obviously) and tried to opt out (no success), then another call (recorded) claiming to be GE home security (scam) and tried to opt out again.  Not sure if it was successful.  This number is seems much more aggressive than some of the other ones.

Received 5 calls in the space of 3 minutes from this number on May 24, 2016. I kept calling on the second line when i was on the call for a few seconds. No on on the other end , Call disconnects. Then my work  phone rang again  i called the number back , it said survey has ended in my area press 9 to be removed from their list

I received 24 calls in the space of 10 minutes, every time I answered and then hung up they would call right back. It's a recording of some girl named Lisa asking me to do a survey because I "won a free trip" but if you call the number back yourself it is a male saying the survey is over and to push "9" to be taken off the call list... I get these calls from different numbers sometimes, and I push the number to be taken off the list every time but they call back with a different number and your caller ID will always say something in your area no matter what area code!

Got five calls from this number in the matter of three minutes.  I declined every call and ended up blocking the number.  Highly aggressive call campaign!

Got 5 calls from this number in a minute. Added them to my blocked list.

I received a phone call from "Lisa from Green Surveys" offering a free cruise to the Bahamas.  I hung up and 2 minutes later got another call from a different number but the same recorded message.

Called today at 8pm 3 times. I declined! They called again. Impudent

Same thing happened to me.  Thank God for auto call block.

jUSY RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER THIS IS A SCAM

Not only do they call my land line, now they're calling my cell phone. Didn't answer and blocked them.

Something about a survey and winning a free trip or something. I hung up.

Who falls for this $hit???? It must be somewhat profitable for the scammers, or no one would continue to pay the robo calling service. I've received 3 calls from this type "free cruise" scams in the last 3 months. All from Cleveland, same area code, different last 4 digits. We need white listing. Not call blocker. (and before someone gets off trying to tell about a call blocker that can block all calls from a certain area code...GTFOI.....I have a litany of other same type calls with completely different numbers).
