This number keeps calling and wants to verify personal info prior to telling me why they are calling.  Outwardly states they will not remove me from their call list.  I consider this harassment.

This Number is for Capio and Partners Debt Collections.
I was just harassed by them and was told they refuse to remove my phone number.

They were extremely rude on the phone. they claimed I owed a hospital money for a time I wasn't even in the country!!

This number would not give me any information prior to verifying my info.  I told them I wasn't verifying anything unless they tell me what they were calling about.  They hung up on me.

It is a Beachwood Ohio number, but it is from. Capio Partners based on Sherman Texas. It is a debt collection agency. Do a BBB search, they have over 197 complaints and rising!! Also Google FDCPA it is the Fair Debt Collection Act.
Be careful folks, do your homework. I learned the hard way not to just give up my credit card. We The People have rights to protect ourselves, utilize them.

This is a collection agency using google voice to seems like they are in the same city as you.  If you feel like answering the call have a little a fun with them.  Don't get mad, don't verify your information and don't give them any financial info.  Just joke with them.  Are they wearing any pants? Did they leave their panties in your car?  they usually hang up pretty fast, but at least it leaves a smile on your face, instead of getting mad.
