thanks for the tip. didn't know the number, don't know anyone from Cleveland, didn't answer & no msg was left - so why would I answer this call?! (msg to the next person to read these posts).

They just called my cell.. Left no msg but I called the number back and I couldn't place the call..i just blocked the number from.calling my phone again

100% scam

I typically don't answer unknown calls, but I figured I'd waste their time.  Was automated call to lower my credit card rate. Had to press 1 to be transferred. Offshore guy picks up and plays it like I called him. Can't tell me specifically what card he's calling about(though he keeps saying I called him).  Just says Visa. Tell him I got several(I don't). He asks about the one with the biggest balance.  Eventually I tell him he's full of [***].  The he starts laughing and dropping a whole bunch of x-rated language.  Eventually, he calls someone else over, probably his boss, and the next ting you know, he's back on script. Then starts in with the x-rated language again once I tell him I'm done.

Credit card scam--do not pick up this call.  If you can block it on your cell phone.  Caller will not know it is blocked.

Just got this call from this number was cursed out by the  solicitor reported it to the FTC. This is getting out of control.

I got the same call, said he was calling from Visa.  I said what visa and he did the same as you stated

Call to a cellphone.  Presumed telemarketer.

Just keeps calling my cell phone and home phone. I do not recognize this number.

Called no caller-id said Cleveland OH, did not answer and left no voice message.  Added to Block List.

Just got the call as well on my work cell phone.  No message.  Blocked number

I answered and asked why they keep calling me I do not have a credit card. They hung up on me. They keep harassing me. Different numbers. If you call number back says call can not be completed.

Finally answered the call. Told them to stop calling that I am tired of being harassed. Probably opened a can of worms.

Glad I missed this call but sadly I have no credit card debt to give to them.

Got a call from this number 6 hours ago ... listed as Cleveland, OH ... didn't answer, no message was left.

Saw missed call, of course looked it up to see it was spam. I HATE Verizon Wireless, as I know those rats give out users' numbers, etc. to 3rd parties. Only late last year did I realize I had the option to have Verizon rats not sell me out, but only after giving them that option for years!!!
